Samrat - A Heritage Hotel

The Samrat - A Heritage Hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. The first impression was good as the reception, elevator and public areas were very clean and well kept with nice lighting and a beautiful manicured garden. I had booked a deluxe room which was supposed to be on the upper side. My first impression was of grandeur and space. It was a big room with an equally big bathroom with a toilet attached. The room had all the amenities, toiletries, stationery, stocked refrigerator. The room was exceptionally clean and the room service was warm and friendly and very prompt. I was alone and the staff showed much concern in me and enquired what I would like to eat and when I asked for dinner at 9.30 pm it sure came right on time. The breakfast provided was good too. The only negative side was that the rooms need proper maintenance and a little renovation.

There is a difference between heritage and under maintenance. The real gems of the whole property is the staff and the restaurant eden. Rest everything is below par. The manager abhishek is the man who tries to keep u happy and comfortable with all sort of his efforts but the rooms really need to be maintained or renovation. Broken bath tubs, poor condition of the rooms won't be covered by the food and services provided in their restaurant eden. It looks the owners are only indulged themselves in the success of their restaurant but no interest in the rooms which are really in bad shape.

The stay at samrat Samrat - A Heritage Hotel was wonderful. I loved the beautiful aesthetic vibe of the place. The whole place is clean and well maintained. The staff is very cordial and accomodating, we had an early check in and they were really sweet in being extremely cooperative with us. The restaurant is very pretty and the food is also great. I would like to give special thanks to faisal for his support.

I had excellent stay with my better half and excellent staff specially at reception abhishek panda y. They were so courteous and made us feel at home staff was so friendly and helpful always. Stayed there for 2 days, it was a good Samrat - A Heritage Hotel, comfortable right in the center of the market yet isolated and away from any kind if disturbances! The food was good, staff was well behaved and co-operative and no there was no intervention from their side and I was free to do anything I wanted in my room! Great stay.

My stay was great with the warm welcome by mr. Abhishek sharma. He took all necessary action to cater my queries as i was very new for the city. Food, ambience, stay over all i would say i couldn't find any thing for which i need to say negative about the property. Thank you very much.

Situated in civil lines (prime location in prayagraj, rooms are good, cleanliness is maintained very well, complimentary breakfast is limited with good quality. Its heritage Samrat - A Heritage Hotel with old haveli like interior.

I was seeking a peaceful place. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel, Great service however the rooms needs a little facelight.

They had a regular sanitisation process in the room. Staff were wearing mask all the time. Good value for money, room service was good, food was nice and room was very spacious.
