Samrat Residency

Nice stay had a great view but was a bit far from MG road so one has to take a local taxi every time or take a 20 min walk to reach there, staff was cooperative though cleanliness was average. The Samrat Residency had upgraded our rooms booking from deluxe to super deluxe so that was a plus point too.

Its a nice Samrat Residency in Gangtok. View is excellent. Support staffs are very friendly and well mannered. Food quality and price is reasonable and other facilities are also very good. MG road is 10 mins walk in distance from Samrat Residency. Room size is good. its a value for money.

Location was good .. Geyser was not working 24 hours. Food was good. Over all nice experience. View from Samrat Residency was excellent. Though room were small. Breakfast was also good. The Samrat Residency is away from mg road. But share taxi takes only 10 rupees.

Hotel location is good and interior is best. Stay is comfortable and all facilities are good. Room is spacious and food is tangy and tasty. Service of Samrat Residency is well organized and staff members are attentive and helpful. Overall great time over there.

Location is about 2km down from mgmarg. Rooms are good but nothing is visible from room because both side of the Samrat Residency other buildings are there. From balcony view is excellent. All staff including owner is very much cooperative. Food is good.

The property is amazing and the view from the back is awesome. Aside that the Samrat Residency staff is very helpful with all the small little details, not to forget the morning breakfast was delicious with the availability of traditional breakfast.

Very good location from both taxi and bus stand. Room is very cleaned. Staff and manager are also cooperative and helpful. From this Samrat Residency outside scene are good. Breakfast is average. Overall very good.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a good experience. The best is the location. Easy to excess & you will get taxi just in front of the Samrat Residency for all places. Rooms are best for couples. Staff are friendly.

Hotel samrat residency is a very good Samrat Residency ... Nice location ... Easily approached & connected with other locations. Nearly MG road .. Also nearby Changu Lake taxi stand where you can hire Lachung taxi

It is a Good Samrat Residency at a good location. Easily reachable. The rooms are very clean. The staff's behavior was also good. Overall experience was good for the price. Can arrange taxi from the Samrat Residency at a reasonable rate

Excellent room service. Guy named Sontu was extremely professional and helpful. Nice food and close to mall road. Every thing about the Samrat Residency is good apart from standard room. Do not opt for standard room if you want view.

Good. Location decent .. Near Siliguri Taxi Stand. View is amazing from the balcony ... Nice staff. Only issue is no network inside room, so you have to ho outside to take calls .. Overall good experience

Room service facilities are good. Hospitality is excellent. Due to its location market and other locations are easily accessible. Food is also good. Staff is very co operative and friendly. Gangtok view from Samrat Residency room is very good.

Hotel is located in the main highway of Gangtok. The main attraction of Gangtok m. G. Road is bit far from this location. The interior of this Samrat Residency is nice. Rooms are also neat and clean. I booked a room from 26th July to 29th July.

The location is quite good which is nearby to main market. The breakfast was also very good. The service was good, however the facilities provided in the room needs some improvement. Please make the necessary improvement for future guests. Thanks!
