Good property and good food location is ok The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient

location is 1.5km from the main road. bathroom was not clean. staff are not well trained. staffs are spitting here and there. toiletry was not available for two people. after repeated demand they gave. food price and quality was ok. but when they served in the room it was not covered.

A guide was sent from the hotel on a certain point to find the hotel. Excellent behavior from the owner, manager, staffs etc. Excellent food on reasonable prices. A village atmosphere. My spouse has slip disc, on request they provide additional bed with hard mattress without extra charges. It's a 10/10 experience. Must book for a comfortable safe & homily stay.

The property is huge and kind of maintained. However we booked the tree house and had a lot of expectations. Perhaps it failed to meet it. The tree house was extremely dusty and needs major repair work.

The stay was very pleasant. Service was punctual and staff behavior was good. However, there were some issues about cleanliness of the room. The hotel surroundings are beautiful and overall the stay was peaceful. Would love to visit there again. Food taste was amazing and delicious.

Location good, food ok, but costly, too much mosquito, room not as per rate.

Back side of the hotel rooms is the drainage system which stinks through the bathroom and also gives an uncomfortable feeling. Commode and basins need maintenance. Lots of mosquitoes as well. Room equipment's like the remote control of the tv and the soaps/ etc are of low quality. Would only recommend the hotel for the behaviour of the staff and good food. Staff is very cooperative. Food is good.

We stayed in this hotel from 6th oct to 8th oct. We did not had a pleasant stay. Bed sheets were torn. When asked for dinner option it was too limited. We booked hotel including breakfast, paid 350 rs per head for breakfast but hotel only gave us bread and omlett which way less than 350 rs. We had to ask ao many times for towel bedsheets. The amount of money which we paid it was not worth it.

Best resort if you planning for a trip in baharampur and lalbagh. 20 mins by car from lalbagh. Away from the hustle bustle of main city. Rooms are great, spacious. Nice ambience. It has its own small farm (goshala) amid a pond with 3 swans. Courteous service. Food quality is excellent.

I was driving from siliguri to kolkata and stayed at this property baharampore. Nice place to stay and food, staff are great. Value for money.

No doubt it's value for money. We had been there for 2 days with 2 rooms. All the rooms are very neat and clean along-with the toilets. Food was awesome, like home made food, we have got our food as per our requirement. All the staff are very good, specially sudip & ranjit. Really we like very much & surely we'll recommend for this hotel stay to all.

Hospitality of the hotel is fine. Food quality is upto the mark.
