• Check-in Issue: • Upon check-in, the receptionist stated that we had booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, which was a typo. • We had, in fact, booked two rooms for 4 adults (2 adults in each room). • Despite explaining this, the receptionist insisted we would need to pay extra for the additional adults. • Manager Interaction: • The receptionist called the manager, who was unhelpful. • Mr. insisted we pay extra, even after we clarified the issue. • He advised us to check for pricing details, which revealed that the price we paid was higher than the current listing for two rooms with 4 adults and 2 children. • Resolution Delay: • Instead of resolving the issue, Mr. suggested we call to modify the booking and get a new voucher. • This caused over 30 minutes of delay, as we had to wait for intervene and assist. • Assistance: • A helpful employee Ms. Kalpana took initiative to resolve the issue, for which we are thankful. • Positive Experience at the Restaurant: • The restaurant staff, especially Mr. Mulchand Chand and his team, provided excellent service. • They were attentive, respectful, and made every effort to ensure our friend’s birthday celebration was memorable. • The restaurant staff helped lighten the mood after the check-in frustration. • Overall Impression: • While the restaurant staff was outstanding, the poor reception experience left a negative first impression. • We suggest that the resort reviews its reception staff’s approach to customer service, as the reception is the first point of contact for guests. • Recommendation: • A more proactive and communicative approach at reception could prevent such issues in the future and improve the overall guest experience. • Conclusion: We hope our feedback is taken constructively and that improvements are made to enhance the overall guest experience at Samaskara Resort.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this property! The location was perfect, with everything I needed easily accessible. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and offered all the amenities I could ask for. The interiors were spacious, modern, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location of the Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur is a bit far from the city, and the approach roads are not in the best condition. However, the moment we entered the Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur, our perception changed completely. The property is well-maintained, with spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very cooperative and attentive, and the food was also good. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay at samaskara.

Awesome resort. We stayed in Villa with 🛁. Clean and Spacious rooms with all amenities. Welcome drink served on arrival. Food was great. Mahaveer singh and Mahendra Singh were great and supportive staff. This resort has lots of amla trees. On request fresh Amla juice was prepared and served. I highly recommend it to visit and enjoy with your friends and family.

Everything was good except the breakfast, there was no buffet system and items were very less according to the price

Resort is good but location is not good, a long patch of road is not build from the highway to the resort. Rest food and staff are good. Loved their attitude, after checkout i forgot my charger in the room, one of the staff member came and handed it over to me while having breakfast. Special thanks to sankar and himmat.

Nice property with nature view i like this property and food is good specially pasta and Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur staff is very good and humble

so, resort is far away from main city, very peaceful, kids friendly, don't be surprised if you don't get all amenities in the room after check in like no hair dryer, no separate heater, no shower cap, etc. Services are fast, No Bar. Food is Okay

The place is little away from city and the road to get there is broken the property is amazing and spacious the furnitture is bit old and the rooms need a bit of paint but great property

i stayed with family at this resort...we had beautiful experience...food was good service was excellent specially mahindra at dinning service was humble and well trained...rooms were neat and clean..special thanks for upgrading our room really appreciate ur kind gesture..safe place..would love to visit again. thank you soo much..🙏🏻

Good vibe and good for stay with family and friends or with cousins food is good but swimming pool is not that much clean
