The hotel room is very dirty with a bad smell . AC is not functioning properly. No lift facility. Bed sheet is not clean , pillow cover also bad .. Bathroom is very small .No kettle or tea bags

There was no ac remote. I had to park my car outside even though it said free parking. The receptionist said they got a message i cancel-led the booking which i didn't and told us to check out early because they allotted this room to someone else. Overall terrible experience

It's an average room but both room and bathroom kept clean. No dim light was there in the room. Staff's were user friendly. Water heater was there in the bathroom. Only limited number of channels were there in the tv. Parking was ok.

I have stayed there for 2 days for an exam. I am totally satisfied with this residancy. The only problem for my parents is the lack of lift. It was very difficult for them to go upstairs.

No food available. We are asked to eat in a dhaba type of place next to the hotel. Which was pathetic and not meant for a family type of environment

One short stay at Sana

It was a comfortable stay if the travel to the place was not considered. It's quite far from aluva. The staff was very cordial and tended to all our requests. One and the biggest downfall of the stay was that the sheets were not clean. Once we pointed it out they changed it immediately.

Me and wife went for an exam. Location wise hotel was good. Service is also good. But stay was not cool. Because very near to the hotel within 1 m some lodges are there, too much labors are stayed there I think. Those peoples conversations are annoying us up to 1 am. Same also from 5 am onward. We feel you secure. Hotel is good, surroundings are not good for family. We stayed with fear. Not recommending for families
