room were unhygienic and seems to be old and smelly and staff is not cooperative

The manager and staff are rude. I asked for extra pillow for my child at night the staff said to ask manager if he allows then he can provide, when I asked manager he started grumbling saying I would have asked for the pillow when I checked in which was early morning. We were too tired to ask for anything that time. The room didn't have water, thr bathroom were unclean worh broken taps. Staffs are useless and rude. .

I have very bad opinion about this hotel. The room they shown in the booking platform was a decent one. But the one they given was a worst room. No windows, Bathroom door slightly cracked, floor is just paper sticked. Walls and all very old. The bedsheet and the bath turkey given was also very dirty.

The room had the plaster peeling off the walls. Bathroom fixtures were rusty. The bed sheet and pillows were dirty. Air conditioner was making noises. Fan regulator was not working. Morning breakfast was complementary aa per the brochure but I was charged amount for that as well Overall, somehow spent the night in the room.

Very bad hotel to experience. There were mites in the beds as we entered the room. No proper cleanliness was there. Bedsheet was very untidy, yellow stain on bedsheet was there. Pillows were also not clean. Washroom was very smelly and toilet seat was also broken. I will never recommend these hotel in lifetime. Not expected these type of hotel at these prices.

Absolutel disgusting room! The blankets as well as the walls are stained, the bathroom has become rusty. The window has no grill/guard and opens directly in front of the neighbouring building's roof. At any point anyone can break into your room. The hotel does not give you soap and towels unless you ask them, forget about coffee, tea et. Please do not trust the images shown by the hotel.

small cockroaches in group , mosquitoand dirt room , poor maintenance, rusted door handles One good thing about the hotel is it's location , rest all cleanliness and sanity is very poor !! And badly maintained and we found cockroaches - pathetic !!

Property from outside and the reception looks quite ok, but the rooms are very dirty and old, old bedsheets and pillow coves looks like yellow in color, bathroom is terrible with old and rusted taps and the water also stinks. Smell of Cigarette outside the room becoz the worker smokes in the stairs. i would not recommend anybody to book the property.

Location is good. The price quoted is also good. Room was clean. Bedsheets clean. Toilet also clean. Only problem is No Mobile network in Rooms.

The room was so small for four people. it was a small 1 double bed room which was small for 4 person 2 adult and 2 children. we have to pay extra money for a suitable room. kindly show to The customer real bed situation so that he could not face this kind of problem. as we have already provide the details of person with their age respectively. kindly show the situation of bed at the time of booking so that customer couldn't face the situation as we faced

It was an overall nice stay, small room but peaceful, nearby metro & railway station. The staff won't interfere with us unnecessarily. The A/C was ok. The exhaust fan was unbearable, noisy.

That property is so poor and terrible and no cleaness very dirty And there no available for features showed on makemyTrip app So here after please confirmed all features And very disappointed... Thanking you...

My stay at Sand Silver Business Hotel was an absolute nightmare! The toilet was in a deplorable condition—filthy, with a foul odor that made it unbearable to use. The cupboard was coated in thick layers of dust, clearly untouched by housekeeping for ages. To make matters worse, the AC unit was clogged with dust, blowing allergens into the room. I developed a fever for a day, likely triggered by the unhygienic environment. I had no choice but to endure this ordeal since my booking through MakeMyTrip (MMT) was non-refundable. Avoid this hotel at all costs—it’s a health hazard and a disgrace to hospitality!
