SAND VOYAGES CAMP

This hotel has very less facility for visitirs. Major point Electric are open not grounded properly. may cause serious injury. camods are not fixed properly, when sitting on it. it gives terrible experience. water pipes are leaking. Beds have smell into it and in Zig Zag position. small thorn spread all over the camp. cannot walk with bare foot.Food that cooked at night was very bad. tea also looks black due to less milk. cultural programme also gives feeling like "Ghas Katna". overall whatever we expected was not there. reality is different.

It is comforting to my family and also shows cultural programs of rajesthan with dance and singing. This was awesome tour and kids enjoyed a lot. Dinner and snacks also serve in a good way

The camp is away from the hustle bustle of the seam where the chaos is. It’s nice secluded you can enjoy the stars if you step outside the camp. No loud music from neighbouring camps so you have it all to yourself. Good food and service as well.

Good entertainment at night time from 7 p. M. To 10 p. M. Good staff response. Good location, recommended place to visit and spend good time with family.

Nice experience of stay and cherish the memory

Very nice and well maintained property, must visit, a safe property with take care of all hygiene. The culture evening show, camel ride, room size, quality of food and service, room linen and everything is amazing. Well trained staff with quality service. I like most thing at this place that is they prefer guest satisfaction.

The stay was not as expected. Only two tents were booked. However, the hospitality was good. Very far away from the desert.

This is not a friendly place for kids. Food etc is average, meal was very late in preparation and the entertainment was average at best. However the hotel staff was very nice, and arranged for our travel to Jaisalmer City since the location is quite remote.

Tent was equipped with bare minimum facilities. Poorly maintained, poor Road connectivity, filthy bed sheets and rude staff. Not fit for stay.

We got a portable tent whereas there were no pictures of the portable tent while booking. They have given photos for luxury/swiss tents only. And many people booked it believing they will get what was in the photos. The portable tents are the ones which are placed on ground and are too small for even one person. No charging. Common toilets. They even had tents available but told us that we will have to pay another 3000 to shift to swiss tents. The manager even agreed that they do not have photos of portable tents on company and said its an error on company end. But did not compensate the customers for the mistake. Setting aside the room goof up. Even the rest of the things were average. The tents are far from the sand dunes and they in sited on taking your personal ride to the dunes. The location on google maps is wrong and its 10 min ride from the main road inside somewhere. Its a goof ly place. The free camel ride was for 5-10 min only and we had to pay the camel guy 650 more to take us till the sunset point. When we returned there was bonfire and folk dance which was decent not that great. Overall i would not recommend staying here. At least not in portable tents. There are many great options in you will also have to hire a taxi from city to this place which wi cost you another 2000 2500 (peak season). So zero starts from my end horrible experience.

Electric heater or kettle could have been provided in winter. Staff was courteous. Amenities were pricy.

Location very ordinary. Fixed menu and no variation. Milk in breakfast is chargeable but not informed beforehand. Room service was good. Hospitality was good.

Food quality was good but rate charged for food were quite high.
Everything is fine but at reception person who is dealing was very cunning.

Courtesy was very good. Proportion of condiments was very good. Oil used was negligible. Jeep arranged was CRDe and new.

Excellent camp, cut off from the main road, which is like heaven for the peace lovers. Opt for a luxury tent for the best experience. Best thing about this place is the hospitality, cleanliness & delicious home-like food. Tents are very well maintained and clean. They provide evening snacks (with cultural programme), dinner, breakfast and camel safari (all inclusive in the package). The staff is very cooperative and humble. I would like to specially thank Vikram Singh for his excellent hospitality. On the whole, best one in the class!
