We recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful resort, and I must say — it was one of the most seamless, warm, and memorable hospitality experiences we’ve ever had, especially as parents traveling with our 18-month-old baby. Right from the beginning, Mr. Sujith, the resort manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From helping us plan the best route to the property to understanding the unique needs of traveling with a toddler, he was incredibly patient, proactive, and kind. His thoughtful coordination before and during our stay — especially with room preferences and travel logistics — made our journey so much smoother than we expected. Upon arrival, the entire staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth, it felt like coming home. Their hospitality was truly outstanding — always with a smile, always ready to help, and always one step ahead in anticipating what we might need. The food was another highlight — every meal was a treat, with flavors that were not only authentic and fresh, but served with so much love. They even offered gentle tweaks to suit our little one’s diet, which we deeply appreciated. A wonderful property away from the hustle and bustle of bekal city. The staff is amazing, they go to any length to make sure all your requests are fulfilled. We even got a free room upgrade. The food is really good too.

The property is fairly new. The views are stunning. They have an infinity pool, bicycles, a stocked play room and a place where one can take lovely walks. So if the intention is to hole up at the resort, it's perfect. In fact, there is an amphitheatre and i was told they often have weddings, confrences and other group events. The place is well- suited for that. But if your intention is to go go nearby places etc. This plac eis pretty cut off with the road vein g under maintenance. As regards the food, it is tasty, but takes time and the menu is limited. Noble who seems to be managing the restaurant is exceptionally service- minded and we were delighted bybhis attentiveness. Other staff including sujith in guest reactions and priyesh, the gm, were very helpful especially with regards to making travel arrangements. One highlight of the trip for my father was that they had arranged a wheelchair accessible room with the best appointed bathroom for senior citizens. Overall, the staff is thoughtful and considerate although some are a bit inexperienced. Would recommend the place to nature lovers.

The resort was a 4 star rated property on the hill top with exquisite views from each villa. The amenities were modern with heritage touch to it. Worth the spend. Also coming up few more activities like zip line etc. For now we enjoyed the pool, spa and the play area.
