Our stay at Sandal Suites was marked by consistently cooperative and friendly staff. The standout service was largely related to the housekeeping and general hospitality, with many team members going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable, homely experience. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. While the staff's attitude was excellent, some areas, specifically in-room dining and reception response times during peak hours, occasionally experienced minor delays or missed requests. Overall, the personal warmth and professional demeanor of the staff significantly elevated the stay, making up for any occasional slowness in service delivery."

We did a staycation for my wife's birthday. They also arranged a large complimentary chocolate cake for the occasion. The dinner and breakfast spread was also pretty good. Good pool, gym and children's play area faculties. We would love to stay there again.

Average, operations handled by Lemon tree are not upto the mark

The food was not good at all. They provided complimentary cookies with the tea and those cookies are very old and had foul smell. Then we ordered dinner in our rooms and they provided cold and rubbery naan. Their breakfast was also not good and tasteless.

rooms were clean, food was good. good play area in the basement. but reception service can be improved. I also requested for few special arrangements but that can not be made as well. suits are Not so spacious also.
