Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. While the staff's attitude was excellent, some areas, specifically in-room dining and reception response times during peak hours, occasionally experienced minor delays or missed requests. We did a staycation for my wife's birthday. They also arranged a large complimentary chocolate cake for the occasion. The dinner and breakfast spread was also pretty good. Good pool, gym and children's play area faculties. We would love to stay there again.
