Hotel is located in old falls main road near signal junction. Hotel room is neatly maintained and spacious. Smart card door lock. Swimming pool with artificial falls are available back of the Sandanams Villa Coutralam. Restaurant is not available here. But you have space for having food there. Pull aruvi is very near, you can reach by walk. Totally is good stay and its suitable for family too.

This property was amazing comfortable stay it is very near to main falls and old courtallam easy to buy buy foods and snacks near by shops one and only problem was in my bathroom heater is working but not heating properly
