Very nice hotel, everything is in order and the location is beautiful. The best thing is that the two boys here, Atiqul and Mansur, will take care of you. The service they will provide will fill your heart! There will be no problem, they will help you in every way and I got a lot of help! i stayed in Sandhya residency for 3 nights with my family in deluxe room. it was a comfortable stay. pros: very near to airport and also cellular and other attractions in Port Blair it is a homestay, you can order food from Zomato and the hotel staff will provide you plates and water glasses and there is a nice eating place cons: the road leading to this homestay is very narrow and condition is not very good , kind of ups and downs, otherwise there is no issue with this homestay. we found one/two cockroaches in the room, probably entering from bathroom drainage hole, pls get rid of them. i would like special thanks to both caretakers Atikul and Mansoor who are always ready to help on any issues you face during your stay in this homestay.

Firstly the rooms are good, near and clean. Any issue was taken care of by the very friendly and well mannered staff. The location is also very good, near to Cellular Jail (750 mtr) and Near to Daily Market (900 mtr) and near to beach (200 mtr).

My review of the hotel will be based on the type of room. First of all, they upgraded us to a deluxe room but it did not feel like that. The room was small (but value for money). We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the power cuts during your stay. Unfortunately, the Andaman Administration has been dealing with a major electricity failure caused by an unforeseen mishap, which has impacted the entire Andaman region. This situation has affected all services across the islands despite our best efforts. As a homestay, we do provide inverter backup to ensure basic comfort for our guests, but we understand this is not the same as full power supply. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to serve you better on your next visit.

we stayed in sandhya residency for 8 hours it was a great experience in such a affordable price hope they will maintain their hygeine same in future as they maintained and care taker mr. mansoor was a nice person hey helped us in handling our luggage to the room. one more thing it is in the centre of the city so please consider it or nearby residence first these stays are convenient for reaching to the market and to the airport.

we had a very nice stay. The hotel is very close to cellular Jail and other tourist attractions. No in house restaurant & no good restaurants nearby make it difficult to have nice food. Good if you are looking for a pocket friendly stay.

Faltu ka hotel ye homestay bhi nahi lagta hai. Total atmosphere is bad no air in the rooms no window don't spoil your money. I had worst experience. Not having kitchen u order food from other hotel and menu has been to looto and khao bekar ka waste of money
