Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel

We stayed at sand-oz palm resort in mussoorie, and the location was perfect, right on mall road. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the room and bed were very comfortable. Mr. Ajay at the front desk was very helpful in getting us a good room. Mr. Ankur, the bellboy, was very supportive. The restaurant is beautiful, and the food is excellent. Special thanks to sourav for the very good and quick service. We stayed for two nights and three days and had a wonderful experiences

We stayed at sand-oz for 3 nights. Location is superb. Just near picture palace and walking distance where the local bus or the taxis drop u off. It is one of the prime locations of mall road, where there is hustle and bustle of the tourists they have an excellent and very famous restaurant also the main area of mall road is just outside the rooms are cozy, room service and cleanliness is also good u get a complimentary breakfast in the morning

Cozy room, excellent staff. A shout out to mr negi manager, who served breakfast with amazing service and customization and remembered our choices from the previous day. Good Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel with all amenities. On mall road (near picture palace bus/taxi stand). The room was very spacious. Food is pricey. One star less as reception managers need lessons on hospitality. I gave the key at 9:30 am for room service and came back at around 4 pm and it wasn't done so i had to ask the reception again and they still had a very laid back attitude.

The room i stayed in was incredibly spacious and we'll designed. It had a comfortable king sized bed, a seating area, and a large bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. The room was also equipped with modern amenities such as a tv mini fridge and high speed wifi, making my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

It was my second visit here and the best Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel i’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotels that allow people early check-in.

My stay at this Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel was fantastic, thanks to its best amenities, spacious room, helpful staff and delicious food, i highly recommend this Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.

The overall experience of staying in a Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel was good and the location is also good. Further food in sandooz Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel was very good. However, early check in is quite difficult and disappointing. I reached the Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel at 8:15 and got a room at 12pm.

The food and location was good. But the room which was provided to us was not good. The room was congested and the view outside was water tanks. Which was very disappointing

One of the standout features of this Sandoz Palm Retreat Hotel was it's amazing amenuties. From a well equipped restaurants everything here was top notch. I especially enjoyed the food in the restaurant. I loved this place and would like to to reccomend to everyone.
