The apartment was in good condition. Adequate amenities were available and a good distance from all the shops and places in calangute. The caretaker mr. Rajiv was friendly and took care of hot water, blankets and other supplies required for our stay.

Worst staff name raju rude with us like servant pls don't book

Caretaker was being tok rude. Not having basics facilities like toiletries and drinking water. No proper wifi as well. Dissaapointed

Bed mattress was tore, no towels were there when we call the care taker assistant he did not pick up the phone terrible service and the major thing gas cyclinder was leaking when we called the care taker assistant at that time he noticed that and he said don't worry you can cooked on that but cyclinder got over and no new cyclinder was provided also we complaint about tv which was not working and no solution got for this. Very bad stay also suggest don't book

Caretaker rajeeb was very good. He provided all the things whater ever is required. And it was a memorable stay in goa

Bad Service by staff was rude

Had good and safe stay, only issue was refrigerator which was not working, overall its good stay

I stayed for four nights and I have booked a studio apartment very comfortable stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful the owner of the apartment was also there and help us no problem even they have provided utensils to cook food the apartment was very good with large bathroom and attached kitchen we enjoyed in all the mean and also book for next time I suggest to you also to experience it is very close to calangud beach and hardly 400 meters from main road thanks to Mr. D'souza the owner of the apartment.

No anyone network available inside the room. Its very difficult to talk, If you want to talk go outside from hotels 20 meters then you can talk.

The swimming pool was not in service. Room was good. Cleaning was not good and the room was not clean before the check-in and during the stay. Only the last 2 days cleaning was done. The facilities and services were not good at all. The recharge of tv was not done. After check-in, we asked for bedsheets, but they were not provided themselves. Later the sheets were not changed at all during the stay. The location was good, but there were no signboards to locate it. The washroom smelt bad. They told us not to smoke but the people from the room beside were smoking. The security was good though.

Service is too bad, there is no swimming pool, no wifi facility. Treated as a arrogant thing

I have stayed with my friends. The apartment was good and maintenance also well. There we had a friend who is maintaining it. His name Rajeeb (care taker). He is suggested where do want eat and how we should be in Goa like that. But we were not there in room because of that no one came to clean room. And there is no proper WiFi and swimming pool when we went.

They charged security deposit for double bed room. They didn't gave us double bedroom combined in 1 portion. They gave us single bedroom portions separately. They debited rupees from security deposit and saying for room cleaning purpose. We don't even have any idea that we have to pay security deposit to hotel. Nice experience for us. Thank you.

There is no apartment name mentioned in front of gate. If you booked the hotel, find Sandy's Apartment in Google map. We was difficult to find the hotel for since 2 hours. Swimming pool is very worst. If you want to swim, you will follow more rules. There is no room service.

It was the worst stay of my entire life journey. Fan was not working in the room, lighter was not provided for gas stove, no hot water for Bath from geyser, on asking about WiFi, we had to hack it through given passwords by hotel, no soap, drinking water given as a must service by hotel to their customers. Electrical switches and plugs were loose. On paying a lot of money, it is just a very rubbish apartment facility which was provided. Trust me, please do not stay here, if you really want to enjoy your holidays in Goa or else, you will end up in a disaster.

The facilities as described are not provide. The coordinator was worst. As you call him for any thing first of all he will not pick up your phone secondly he talk it's like we were his servants or like has done a favour to us. Room was not at all as described. My personal recommendation please never ever take displace.

Its not nice apartment that's all.
