Sangam Hotel

Our family of 6 adults + 2 kids stayed in 3 executive rooms for 3 nights from 7 -1-2020 to 10-1-2020. The upkeep of the rooms was par excellence, room service was great, Housekeeping staff were very courteous and promptly obliging to calls. The food quality at the Multi Cuisine restaurant and the varieties available, especially to strict vegetarians like us, were all excellent. The staff at the reception were great, nothing to complain. The only complaint is people smoke in and around the bar, which is located near the lobby, in evening, the smoking smell in the lobby is horrifying. The Sangam Hotel management needs to get a solution to this. The smoking smell can be felt in some of the corridors of the rooms also.

We a family of 3 stayed last week. They had provided 3 separate beds. And the room was clean. Room service was good. Free breakfast buffet was provided. While the food was good the spread was not huge. The Sangam Hotel is on calm road and on the same road as the railway station's backside entrance. The Sangam Hotel has a wide parking space and also has a small swimming pool. The room we stayed in had windows near the entrance so it was bright even after the curtains was spread fully. Bit costly compared to the other Sangam Hotels in thanjavur as well as other Sangam Hotels in comparable cities like trichy or madurai.

Located near the Railway Station traffic on the Road in front of the Sangam Hotel can get really heavy at times. But the beautiful flower garden and the calm ambiance in doors more than make up for that, the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful and the food is really good.
Great place in Thanjavur. One of the better Sangam Hotels had a great stay here. The food too was really good. I have no complaints about this place. I would recommend this Sangam Hotel to everybody.

The Sangam Hotel is really good. Close to the temple and the palace. Rooms are spacious. Early check in is also considered. Everything is perfect. We placed a request for extra beds. The third bed was equally good. The service of house keep and reception staff is pretty good. The restaurant is a little lousy both. Indian options are good but other cuisines and drinks are pretty bad. Should avoid trying these. Go only for indian cuisines. We had a good stay.

The place is very well located. Rooms are nice and spacious. The bar is too dimly lit and give suffocating feel. The service in most aspects is poor which is a black on a nice property. The Sangam Hotel advertises that they have parking but within the campus they have an open parking where they have conveniently pug the signage “ parking at owners risk”. Seems like some joke or ‘to hell with you attitude. .

The Sangam Hotel employed all safety practices related to covid 19. Rooms were sanitised. Restaurant was hygienic and social distancing followed. The Sangam Hotel is on very close proximity of the big temple and palace, which made it very convenient to visit during the day and again at sunset. The staff writer very helpful and courteous. We had a very good experience overall

Sangam Sangam Hotel is one of the best Sangam Hotel thanjavur. Hotel is very clean and staffs are very helpful. Swimming pool is neatly maintained thank you for such a beautiful service. My family and me rate this as one of the best Sangam Hotel we stayed in this tour. It was great value for money. The staff and property were excellent. Food is bit expensive.
The room had 3 beds planned and was spacious. Hence was very convenient for 3 occupancy. The property looks very elegant and neat. Proud to have stayed here.

It's a luxury Hotel in Thanjavur, centrally located, good food clean place. Tip- come late for breakfast otherwise you'll have to ask for half the items in the buffet spreads

Hotel Sangam is bang on the main Road, centrally located. It has a very good ambience. Food is very good, it has multi cuisine variety. We enjoyed the South indian Thali. The service is very good. The manager and staff take lot of interest in each guest. Overall it was a satisfying and wonderful experience.
