Sangto Green

I and my wife along with my 5 year old daughter landed at Leh without any preparations and planning for next 7 days except booking at Sangto Green. Owner Sumitha Ji her whole family and staff were kind and helpful to cater all our basic needs. She planned our trips and made all the arrangements. Momo's they prepared specially for us were drooling. My wife was all praise. Stayed there for 2 nights and we came here for the second time. Will come back again.

Sangto Green is a very cozy and nice place to stay in Leh. The best thing about it is the family taking care of the place. They are warm and caring, and take great care of you from advising regarding high altitude travel, food, to arranging things like a bike. They make you feel like you're their family and there's nothing better than that in a place one has never gone before. I'm so coming back to this place again.

Home away from home in heaven. Beautiful snow clad glaciers and greenery. Rooms are clean properly maintained. They have own garden for vegetables which also include apricot tree and apples. Rahul, the cook cum staff made delicious breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was good with regular changes in options. Sumita the owner is very kind and helpful and always ready to guide. Our trip was memorable because of this stay.

Great hosts! Instantly agreed for providing early check-in. Advised us to have diamox (tablet to counter altitude sickness) which really helped us. Gave great suggestions for covering maximum places in the limited amount of time that we had. Made all travel arrangements for us. Overall great experience.

The host Sumita was very helpful and co-operative. She helped us plan our itinerary and get great deals for places. The helping staff and room service was great. The place is truly value for money and we enjoyed our stay. We wish Sumita all the best in her venture to make other travellers happy too!

Perfect place to stay in Leh if you are looking for a well maintained, away but not far from the crowded market place, clean home stay type place with very helpful owner and staff Shabbir and Rohit. I would definitely stay again in this place when I visit Leh next time.
