Stayed at sans a by the woods in mussoorie, and it was nothing short of perfect! the rooms were beautifully designed with a cozy vibe, and the view from the property was breathtaking. The food was delicious. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful, guiding us to popular spots and even suggesting some other off beat locations that made our trip unique. We were also allowed to check in early, with a spare room provided to freshen up, which saved us so much time. Can't wait to visit again!

The property was at the perfect location.The staff were very helpful especially Yogesh Sir and Anil Sir. We had complementary breakfast and everyday it was great. The restaurant food was also delcious which we ordered for dinner. There are monkeys, they will snatch your food if you are having it outside.We didnt experience that. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom, it looked poor for the amount we paid.Rest everything is perfect

I booked by app and on reaching Sansa by the Woods - Manor & Spa they said they have different room that we checked in mmt app. Room was small. And next day we also book the Sansa by the Woods - Manor & Spa room and they said we will get same room. On arguing with Sansa by the Woods - Manor & Spa staff they shanged the room and they had better room available which we saw on mmt app

Stay was pleasant, the heritage building forest facing spacious rooms, cleanliness and supportive staff. Ample space to walk and play for kids and enjoy the evening in the scenic view of the mountains and forest. The only drawback is unwanted friends from the jungle, the monkeys. You can't keep your room open for a minute.
