Santi Palace hotel at Kaziranga . superb exoe

I just checked out from this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect and very convenient. The hotel staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious with good variety, and the ambience of the hotel felt warm, clean, and comfortable throughout my stay. What I liked the most is that the hotel owner personally meets guests and checks on the hygiene, comfort, and overall experience. This personal touch really shows how much they care about their guests. I had a very nice and pleasant stay. Highly recommended to everyone. Definitely a 5-star experience!

The room was not so good The bed was supposed to show me the King size but actually a double joint bed & dinner was so worst

Not a value for money deal.

Booked a standard room paying 2800. Only bed was available. No ac, no hot water, no food, even tea and hot water was not available. Nobody could be found while checking out. I had to carry my luggage from 2nd floor. Overall very poor experience.
