Santiago Resort

The stay at the Santiago Resort was enjoyable, as it offered convenient proximity to popular attractions such as baga beach, which was just a maximum 10-minute walk away. Additionally, tito lane was also within a 5-minute walking distance from the Santiago Resort. However, one area where improvement is needed is the housekeeping services. Upon arrival at my Santiago Resort room, i noticed that the dish tv was not working. I immediately reported this issue to the staff, but unfortunately, they did not resolve the problem during the entirety of my stay. This lack of responsiveness from the Santiago Resort management regarding the issue with the dish tv was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.

Everything was so amazing in Santiago Resort. Rooms are also good. Food was delicious. Pool and rest all services were great. But i m disappointed from staff. There was a lady staff on reservation she was not in uniform. We did early check out bcx we had some important work. We asked her for taxi she lied that is outside of Santiago Resort. But when we came out there was nothing. Even we waited at road side it was so embarrassing that someone searching a cab on road with their luggage. Kindly assist your staff not to lie to the guest if they don't know the locality. Check out timings near 16:00 in afternoon on 02-03-2024.

santigo is very nice Santiago Resort to stay, very good staff, very good facility. Cleaning of room is proper. I feel Good vibes here. Baga beach is on walking distance from santigo wow we save some money due to this walking distance. Breakfast is good 👍. I will recommend this Santiago Resort to my friends and family for their future trip to Goa. We loved to swimming pool and night singing performance by music experts here in Santiago Resort. Thanks Santiago staff for your security and services :) :)

I personally like the property. Very nee t, clean, cozy, have a great experience. There were a live performance also arranged by the resort at night(like rajasthan folk dance, live music. Swimming pool was also clean. Ambiance was too good. Ya there is no lift in stay as stay is of two floor (gf, ff, sf. I didn't include my meal so don't know about the food, but overall experience was outstanding. Must stay place as very accessible to baga and calangute beach. 100/100 good one.

Hotel santiago is amazingly beautiful with a very eco -friendly with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Proximity to beach, lots of good eating options around the resort and comfortable stay is what make this property ideal for travellers wishing to stay in north goa. Moreover, the friendly staff, decent breakfast menu and relatively spacious room and amenities make this property a great value for money! lots of shopping options, recreational facilities like spa and salons, bars & pubs is an icing on the cakes. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Santiago Resort everything about the Santiago Resort was exceptional. It was clean stylish, roomy with excellent services. Food was good. I was pleased with my stay.

I booked a room for 4 people had to ask for extra mattress however in booking it showed two double beds available and it said two twin bed but just had three beds in room. Taxi service was poor whi h they said outsourced. Might not recommend anyone to stay in from my side

The Santiago Resort was excellent in terms of location and ambiance, service, full of foreigners inside the Santiago Resort.

Rooms are good with respect to budget. Pool is clean. Service is better. Location is approx 1km from baga beach. Breakfast was tasty.

The ambience of resort is very good n staff is very helpful n cheerful just little more hygiene can be taken seriously. Breakfast served is good too to start your day.

Good place good food good swimming pool we had spent good and lovely time in Santiago Resort. Just to improve the couple bed that they gave us.

Good close to breaches, only car driving and parking is little difficult as we need to go into very narrow roads
