Their dealing with customers, is very poor and unprofessional. The manager there, who is responsible to deal with customers, he doesn't know anything about online payment for their food charges and even he does not know how to check if a payment has been sent by you via qr.

groupWe stayed here as a group twice, the food is poor, also second time we were offered rooms at 1st floor and which was far away unfinished building and not in the main building, though it was inside the main property, no one opened gate at the time of entry and exit, we felt unwelcome, no one offered water, the owner needs to look into it. Insects are another issue but may be for location and huge garden and two ponds with is in the property
