I had a lovely experience with my family here. The backyard is on the bank of lidder river where we had breakfast and evening chai. The room service was impressive, jun-aid bhaiyya (the caretaker) was very hardworking and helpful to the visitors with the luggage, arranging food, hot water for drinking and local taxi. Highly recommend it for a calming and comfortable stay.

Santoor palace is one of the best location in pahalgam, it’s juz adjacent to the river with a beautiful mesmerising view.

The care taker of the Santoor Palace is extremely kind and helpful in whatever you want. Me and my sister stayed here for two nights without any meal plan as we ate outside in the main market. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a breathtaking view in reasonable stay then go for it without any doubt.

Backyard view was amazing right by the lidder river bank. Nice cozy well kept rooms if you are looking for budgeted stay. Service by Santoor Palace owners is appreciated. Only thing they need to work on is availability of food for the customers.

The view and staying is ultimate. Overall buildup is also good. Staff is also very cooperative. Family staying is pleasant. Value for money if food arrangement is available because food is very expensive as compared to other places.
