Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow

Stay was excellent, all the staff was very cordial. I give special thanks to ankit, the housekeeping staff, as he has prompt in helping me and cleaned the mess the day once i got very sick. The room was good but could be better maintained. The sink was having a big crack and felt as if it needed replacement for long. Mr. Arvind at front desk has arranged the room in advance as i informed him as soon as i arrived at lukhnow. Some manufacturing defects i felt, whenever there is party in the hall or basement the room and specially washroom gets filled with the smell of liquor and cigarette, and it exists till next morning after cleaning. That needs immediate rectification.

We really enjoyed our stay at sapna clark’s. The staff are really courteous, especially the ones outside (valet and porter, and the ones at the reception. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Our first impression of the rooms was not that great. I would define it as a great Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow of the past where everything looks a bit old. Our only complaint is about the speed of the room service. We had to ask for iron three times in 30-40 minutes. When we ordered for water bottle, it took at least half an hour. To summarise, its a great value for money considering the awesome staff behaviour and quality of all the utilities (even though old.

The property was good. The location was also very good. The only issue that we faced was that the Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow had asked us to give them the key to our car as they had to clean the parking area in the morning. However when we denied to give the key, the Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow woke us up at 5 am the next day and asked us to move the car so that the parking area could be cleaned which we feel should be done during the time of checkout.

A place with excellent ambiance and a beautiful lawn. Great place for both marriages as well conferences. The facilities include all services, amenities and a restaurant with some of the best chefs to turn out a multicuisine experience. Stayed a couple of times and found standards very high. The rooms are well appointed in a modern style with a relaxing business stays experience.

The Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow rooms and other amenities were good. But we had language problems at 'the bridge' restaurant even after speaking in hindi. This needs lot of improvement. The staff and ambience of the Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow are excellent. They have the best food with prompt service. For intro state visits like ayodhya vehicle shall be arranged by the Sapna Clarks Inn - Lucknow at a reasonable price. Must stay if you visit the city.

It was just a one night stay but totally amazing, the food i ordered was delivered in such a stylish way and on top of it the taste was great. I personally would like to suggest don't forget to have the buffet breakfast. Amazing quality and lots of varieties.
