terrible service and property arrogant staff..... no cleaning..

Absolutely loved my stay at Sapphire Service Apartment. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen facilities were a great bonus, and everything felt just like home. The housekeeping staff were courteous and punctual. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

good point - good spacious for 2 kids bad point - no exhaust in toilet , cleaning guy have to push for cleaning otherwise he will not come , no parking space ur car to be parked on road overall g

The apartment is about okaish. Located quite in interiors of the city. Diff to locate. If yiu have absolutely no option then go for it

1.Staying there was wonderful. 2.If you are coming with family and want to feel like home then this will be the best option for you. 3.Two bedrooms with queen size bed,two toilet(western,Indian style). drawing room and open kitchen,dining table,Tv, all Room A/C. 4.you can do the cooking yourself. Gas cylinder and cooking items are also available. 5.aquaguard water. 6.gyser available 7.washing machine 8.fridge. We were three people and the cost was 3500 rupees per day. location:Belapur gaon,Navi mumbai

I had a very comfortable stay in this property. All necessary home appliances like gas stove, washing machine, chimney etc were fully functional and the apartment was clean. My stay of 8 days was worth it.

Excellent service apartments for long stays. The place is very clean, has strong wifi and all possible amenities. It's located in a quaint area with close proximity to all the best that cbd belapur has to offer. We've had the best time here and look forward to staying again many more times for all our navi mumbai visits

No one was at hotel location. Had to take help of makemytrip executive to get keys.

Excellent service. Clean stay, fresh towels everyday. Located close to the mall. The property was upgraded and managed well.

The stay was terrible. Poor managment, bad behaviour of manager, care taker was decent but there were some local people who were mis behaving like managers. No service within apaerment. Used alcohol bottles kept inside apartment, no service whatever. I asked for a microwave to be provided, but they did not. They did not even provide water bottles. In short it is a pathetic place, not even 1 star.
