Sara Hotels and Apartments

We were happy to stay there, but one of tha staff didn't give proper answer regarding food. We reached around 3 pm in Sara Hotels and Apartments. We asked the availability of food. Even we don't know about Sara Hotels and Apartments restaurant and timing. The staff who was on duty told us have to go out and search for food. If someone who is new to place, the Sara Hotels and Apartments staff should give a proper answer in polite way. But he didn't. Even we asked for arrange a taxi, he was not ready to help. We feel bad. Atlas t some other staff arranged the taxi. It would be appreciated, if you could arrange welcome snacks to the guests.

We booked a standard a/c room and the Sara Hotels and Apartments is just 10 minutes drive from the airport, they have complementary pick up from the airport, good behaved staffs, helpful reception and restaurant staffs, the room is clean but little bit tiny and the position of the TV set is making the room more congested, complementary breakfast was too nice, there is a bakery house and a ATM is attached to the Sara Hotels and Apartments which are the added advantages.

Stay was Excellent including Buffet dinner and breakfast. Staff are super excellent in giving services. In fact, the owner (very nice person and his wife) personally attained exclusively for us for dinner and prepared excellent fish curry. Room was upgraded to 2-Bedroom apartment. My package including 2-way pick up an the drop airport, buffet dinner and lunch. They also have free pickup to near by chocolate factory where homemade chocolate are sold by Royal.

The main reason for choosing this Sara Hotels and Apartments was it is near the Airport. As promised, we got the free pick up from Cochi Airport. The Sara Hotels and Apartments is clean And the staff is helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very average And does not have variety. The Sara Hotels and Apartments staff was kind enough to keep few items I had forgotten in the cupboard in their custody. Overall a good Sara Hotels and Apartments.

I came to Sara Hotels and Apartments very late after sabarimala ayyappa darsan but pleasantly received and check in done in very quickly. Room and bathroom were very clean and check out process also so simple and less than a minute. They are giving utmost importance to our time.

I had called from airport to pick me up as per their norms which was attended within 10 minutes. But if they provide free transportation both ways it would certainly be appreciated.
Room was clean and spacious. Bed with mattress were well maintained and clean too.

Best part of stay is Sara Hotels and Apartments having pick up service from airport. This is good for those who travel 1st time to Cochin. Hotel staff is co-operative and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. Really a value for money Sara Hotels and Apartments.

Room was nice, well maintained, Service was good. Provided complimentary cab service from airport to Sara Hotels and Apartments. Food was too good. Hot water available, at prime location as it is near to airport and way to Munnar. Value for money.
