Saral Kudil

It’s my second visit to this place, the management has been changed, restaurant person takes only orders in advance, no room service available for food orders, limited staffs, road leading to this resort is not in a good shape, food quality during dinner was oily and too much salt. A lot can be improved.

Not suitable for family solo or group is ok bathrooms to be cleaned and room with webcobs group already socialized doesn't care

Location and landscape was good. However the buildings and stay areas are poorly maintained. Repairs are to be made (toilet seat broken, no battery in clocks, rooms dusty. Food - ok - no milk available for tea rooms - hygiene can be improved

Totally waste of money. Resort doesn't have a power back up. No room service. They have only solar system for hot water. No kettle. Manager will not respond properly. We will get any solutions immediately.

We were running late for our check in and we did promptly inform the manager of the property on the same. The property was in a very remote place and no access to outside food. When we reached around 7 pm and asked for some food, manager was visibly upset. We somehow convinced him to provide us with some food. The room we booked also was touch expensive

The ambiance was amazing and no doubt about cleanliness. The service is too slow. The food was ok, but not worth the price.

Resort environment is good, rooms are decent, staffs are friendly and food is good and not too costly

It was a pleasant experience staying at saral kudil. Direct booking is cheaper than booking from make my trip.

We enjoyed staying in the natural environment with lots of trees and gardens. Meaty maintained rooms. South indian foods was nice. Friendly staffs.

One of the worst resorts ever. Ac did not work for almost 6 to 8 hours. Nasty smell at bathroom. No proper response from the property management.

The stay was peaceful and in the lap of nature. The food was good and tasty. The rooms were cleans and service was fast. Only one drawback is that there is no wifi facility. But overall it is a good experience. My kid enjoyed a lot.

Stay was pleasant and peaceful. Manager was very polite and helpful. Only thing is food was not upto the expectation if they can work on it this resort will be the best in this locality.

I hope it is one of the good choice in yelagiri for a family or a group stay. It has a restaurant if we order early they make sure to cook and reserve it for us. Variety of cottage and we can choice as per our group and family. Has a swimming pool to spend our time.

I have booked top house with ac. The outer environment is pretty well. But inside of the room ac not working even i have booked ac room & cockroaches are in bed banklet. So i have requested to change my room but they didn't provide so that i have checked out room by 5. 00 pm(05. 08. 2023) but i have not get refund also.

Stay for one night was pleasant. Swimming pool was very well maintained. Food was good and enjoyable. Please improve the road towards saral kudil resort. And also wooden bed quality to be improved. Overall experience was good at saral kudil resort.
