Sariska Tiger Heaven

Overall our stay was very good and we really enjoyed there. We regret staying there for a very short time (only a single day), and wished we had more time to spend in the resort. Location was very good. Very near to the sanctuary (5 km from Sariska gate). Ambiance is too good,abundant greenery and beautiful flowers in the resort (we visited in the month of March). The lighting in the resort also appear very beautiful at night. The resort spans a fairly large area so you can roam around in the morning and evening in the beautiful surroundings and fresh air. There are seats/ benches also at various places in the resort and garden, so you can sit and relax and watch the greenery or read. Throughout the day, and especially during night time, you will really get the feel of staying in or near wildlife sanctuary, due to the chirping of birds and noises made by animals. Resort Facilities- Good. There is a swimming pool inside. You can ask for football, cricket bat for kids, badminton rackets etc. There is a separate activity area also with chairs kept in a circle, for gatherings and activities. Rooms are very spacious, we stayed in pool-side studio room. There are tent type rooms also which are very appealing. Room Amenities - Fair. Although the bathroom fittings are a bit old and broken at 1-2 places, but it is manageable considering other things and overall quality of stay in the resort. All other amenities are good and working in the room. We also took an extra bedding for 3rd person which was sufficiently comfortable. Food was too good. The quality and taste is very good. Although they don't serve meals in the room, but they do serve snack items in the room (which is served only till the time the buffet starts - lunch/ dinner). We took dinner and breakfast there. Both were very good, better than expected. Room Service was good. The staff is courteous and provide quick service.

The property is just wow. With family we stayed for 3 days. The rooms are amazing, clean and with all modern facilities. The housekeeping cleans it daily. The direction of the rooms, be it the cottages, tents and deluxe rooms all are very well located. We had a room in front of the pool. Overall the property has all those things required for a peaceful, comfortable stay. Lot of trees, a huge play ground, flower beds, nicely build stone finish pavements, a large restaurant and lot of open space. Just a wonderful get away from ncr. Inhouse restaurant food is tasty and feels like home made, adequate spicy. They catered to our request of rajesthani delicacies and chef preoared dal bati churma & gattha one of the days. Man-nu sir, the owner is very curtious. All the staffs are kind and they made our stay comfortable and memorable.

Sterling sariska is a huge property with multiple options to stay like premium rooms and cottages. It is located around 200 meters inside from main road next to the tiger reserve checkpost. Property is lush green and peaceful. Food experience was not that great. Breakfast menu was good but lunch and dinner was poor. In room dining experience was quite poor. Looked like if we don’t opt for their buffet menu then they over charge to cover for per person buffet cost. Bedsheets, towels, cutlery etc were clean and they were changed on daily basis. There were not too many safety protocols followed as we saw most of the staff members were not using masks or sanitizers.

The property is quite near to the jungle which makes the property more attractive. Had visited with family. The area is clean, green and regulary visited by peacock's and several birds. Very well maintained lawns & walkways. Though pproach road is not good but hardly matters as that is around 500mtrs only. I would suggest opting for tents over cottages as they look old outdated and not very well maintained as well. Activity area needs proper cleaning & the activity items need replacement. The food was good and staff is polite & courteous. Special regards for captain shekhawat. Overall we had good time thanks to team sterling.

There might be some issues, but the way they are resolving it, is the most important thing. Yeah, there were some issues regarding water & geyser on the very second day of our stay. But the way the Sariska Tiger Heaven staffs resolved the problem, that made us extremely happy. Providing services to your customers is not a matter of joke. The only thing is that, you must have a positive approach to your service, your job to serving others. Hats off to the full team. And our special thanks to mr. I was just unlucky that I visited during lock down, so no swimming pool, no spa and no Jeep Safari but the resort is beautiful and well maintained. Lots of greenery and lots of birds from different species. Good play area for my babies and kids. Rooms were good, with full of amenities, food was a bit expensive though and haven't experience the full menu since there were 2-3 guests only, so buffet wasn't on table. Breakfast was great. Overall I am very satisfied with this visit. Recommended to all.

We were a family of 5 and booked two rooms and took the meals package, rooms were neat and clean and the service was excellent. Food was of so much variety and so tasty too especially the mutton and chicken and the dairy products, worth a stay here, beautiful gardens with lots of flowers, in the morning we noticed peacocks roaming around, we will come again in a group, at night they have bonfire and singing and dancing and Tambola too, total holiday package and so close to Delhi.

It was a good experience. Resort was well kept and all. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was average. Staff interaction was also good. There was some short comings like wifi issues, geyser unavailability, heater unavailability etc. To be honest v adjusted with that. The extra bed they provided us with for an extra 3k was not at all satisfactory. The main issue which i emphasis about is the light pollution at night in the area which i never anticipated.

It is good property. The location is awesome beautiful. The food was so tasty. The service provided by staff is also good.

I went on a family trip for a day and it was a great experience. The location is amazing and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The most amazing thing was the food, both dinner and breakfast were super tasty and filling. Thanks guys and definite recommendations.

Location is secluded and really like the room hygiene.

Loved the food, the clean big tents, the courtesy of the staff and their commitment to keeping us happy. Best part, the location is so close to the reserve its almost inside it!
In simple words. Book the tents, they are lovely. Food is quite tasty. Staff is nice, polite and super helpful. Hygiene is well maintained. Property is super close to sariska gates as the property is literally in the reserve occupied space.

All good but service is little bit slow

Hotel is at good location surrounded by nature. Must try tandoori chicken and mutton gravy. Service staffs are very good and polite and helpful.
Rooms are at sufficient distance. Lots of space. So no fear of covid infection. Rooms are sanitized before check in. Temp check need to be done.

The place was good, decent and hygienic place, food was very good with variety

They maintain-es proper hygine standards but safety is upto average side because property is in the jungle, i also had a minor issue in my stay at tent cottage
