The room is fantastic the interior and decore are done very good. The staff is good and cooperative specially the mam on the reception and also sunny ji. The beddings and towels could have been better as they are old and not so clean. Also the quality could be better as it does not matches with property and the price. As they get less occupancy they are a little less accomodative on change of dates for early check out. But are felxible with early checkin and when requied and if empty.

Hello all, my parent travel-led to varanasi on a complete devotional trip and this SAROJA HERITAGE HOTEL, Varanasi added advantages to them. Hotel is at good location from prominent places wherein all typs of transportation is easily available, room, property, furniture are good. Hotel staff is very decent, supportive and care taking. Especially they took good care of my parents after knowing they are ex-serviceman. I recommend this property to all the researchers

It was indeed a super luxurious property and staff was so helpful and understanding. They made our stay super comfortable, be it getting a cab for station, or going to temple via toto. Ms. Pratibha rai ji made sure we get everything on time and with maximum ease. She is the best. Rooms were super clean with good smell and ambience.

Stayed for 2 days and got full value for money paid. Staff were quite knowledgeable and provide excellent support/ service whenever required. Would definitely recommend this SAROJA HERITAGE HOTEL, Varanasi to all my friends/family and acquaintances for their banaras stay. I will also like to stay here whenever i visit banaras.

The stay was very good, property is very well maintained and people around are very helpful. It is a peaceful and beautiful and totally great place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting banaras. Temples, ghats and market are near by and you can easily get the convince from outside the property.

Stay was very pleasant. Interiors of the rooms are exceptional. Staff is extremely friendly and super helpful in giving right information and is super helpful in arranging everything as per the customers choice. Ankit mishra at front desk provides exceptional service.

Good stay good and express service

Buffet facility not there. Breakfast was served in rooms. Not much options. However the rooms were clean and big. The washroom was also decent.

Stay in saroja palace is very nice for me as solo traver. Rooms was clean hygienic n full of all amenities of class apart. Staff was courteous. I left my watch in room n checked out but they send it to railway station by their staff. Cool.

Good spacious rooms and service. Excellent atmosphere and little distance from the ghat areas. Approx 2 kms. However we can easily get tuk tuk to reach the required locations.
