Sarovar Portico Jaipur

The stay was good overall. People managing reception could be more pleasant and friendly- when we reached around 3:00pm, wee were informed the superior rooms we had booked were occupied and they took some time finding a solution- we had to coax them for an upgrade if the reserved rooms were unavailable. Variety and quality of food being served at restaurant could be better along with service levels - while we were having breakfast, some overeager waiters came to pick up our plates, which still had food on them. And there could be more local food variations on offer

The Sarovar Portico Jaipur is located at a strategic point, off queens road and close to ajmer bypass and close to key places in vaishali nagar. People manning reception didn’t seem very experienced and customer centric - an area which needs improvement. Food was ok - the local options could be increased along with freshness quotient. The staff also could be more alert and courteous. We requested for delayed check out, which was accepted - thankful for it. Overall, a good experience

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Sarovar Portico Jaipur. Everything about the Sarovar Portico Jaipur was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Although our stay was very short, everything from the location of the Sarovar Portico Jaipur, to the Sarovar Portico Jaipur room was perfect. People who would want to have their meals inside the Sarovar Portico Jaipur itself, please try to book those in advance. Charges are really very high for in-room dining. Rest there are 3 restaurants/bars you can choose from within the Sarovar Portico Jaipur premises.

I was staying in a king bed room. Reception was good. No bell boy at the gate. Room was very small. Hardly any space left after the bed. Entry door to room needs repainting and stain removal. Towels were fresh, but visibly old- nearing its "rag" age. All staff were courteous. Restaurant was definitely overpriced and quantities was quite less in standards of other jaipur 4 star Sarovar Portico Jaipur.

From the moment i arrived until the time of my departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed expectations, leaving me with cherished memories to last a lifetime.

Been regularly staying at sarovar since 2017 and it almost feels like a second home in jaipur. One good thing about the Sarovar Portico Jaipur is that their staff is very non interfering and yet helpful. Only thing i would change about this property is that they don’t have a gym, would be a great addition.

Rooms were a bit small and did not balcony, the mattresses were very soft which made my back ache. Otherwise the room and the washroom were absolutely clean, the staff was polite and prompt response for every request was received. The pool is very small with no attached changing room which was bad.

The stay was good, the food was also good. Friendly staff. The room was good and the property was also easily reachable from the station and airport.

I went to sarovar portico with my husband on my birthday. It was a very pleasant experience. All the staff housekeeping, room service, receptionist, valet were efficient and polite. It made my birthday memorable

Loacation is a li'l far from main attractions, as traffic causes a hurdle but thn too u bssicslly reach everywhere within 25 mins or so. It is in calm surroundinhs. The amenities provided are great.

The stay was really amazing, i had a great time as my room was upgraded, the Sarovar Portico Jaipur staff was very polite and cheerful too. The rooms were very clean and so were the bathrooms. The location of the Sarovar Portico Jaipur is also very good, very easy to find.
