The amount is not worth the rooms and stay

The property location is good, the outside area and reception area is also pretty well maintained. But the rooms are definitely not worth the amount. The rooms are not at all maintained, somewhere the bedsheets have holes, then the shower tap knob falls of, the rooms are not cleaned properly. Apart from this even though the behaviour of all the staff members is pretty good, the hospitality services is very slow, whether it br getting the room cleaned, ordering food or anything else. I had to repeatedly contact the reception for around 7-8 times before my room was cleaned. The food is good here.

Our experience is too good. The quality of room & bathroom was very nice, comfortable & clean. Staff is very co-operative. Specifically Rahul bhai in reception area, the supervisor lady & Himanshu bhai in restaurant. Over all total staff is very understanding & quick action/service were very much appreciated. The specified persons are true jems of Sarovar Portico Gir.

Good Stay

rooms are good, food is excellent. They lack in service, understaffed. You will have to wait to get breads, tea, hot milk etc for quite a long time. In room dining experience is even worse.

food was awesome. no indoor sports activities like pool or tt . good outdoor activities like cricket badminton children play area. pool okish. rooms some old some new we weren't provided new room structure.
