Sarovar Portico, Surajkund

It was supposed to he a business stay but it turned out to be a wonderful vacation as well. Imagine coming to a place after 5 hours of hectic travel and the getting treated to a wonderful buffet which has a decent selection if indian food and soups. Beds were comfortable and bouncy and my kid enjoyed a lot and what's better than a cold shower after a long journey. It looks like it's a secluded location however we were easily getting cabs within time. Morning breakfast turned out to be wonderful scrumptious buffet with a variety of selection of breads and juices. Staff were extremely accommodating to our each and every request and even extended check out times to accommodate a hospital visit. All in all it was a beautiful stay, wish it could have been a bit longer, but maybe next time.

We were lodged in a room that carried a wired smell. On sharing the problem with the reception, the room was immediately changed and inconvenience was regretted. The staff was courteous and their professionalism too class. The food had limited options but the taste was good. A good experience on the whole. Will never forget the personal touch of anoop at the reception and ravi and ramkishan for other miscellaneous services/ room service. Kudos to them.

My partner and i had great experience staying at this Sarovar Portico, Surajkund. The location was easy to locate. The rooms were clean & bigger than other Sarovar Portico, Surajkund rooms. Services were quick and good. The breakfast was not costly or overpriced. The food was good, the staff was gentle and nice. So, yes my overall experience at this Sarovar Portico, Surajkund in particular was better than others.

Stay is comfortable and need to enhance in some services like enhancement of morning breakfast with more needed items. Could be introduced with some continental items. The interiors of room need to be checked and rectified accordingly. Mobile network is very poor inside the room which is very pathetic. Staffs are excellent in every aspects.

Room and wash room was well maintained and clean, ac was not working & was not required also it appeared by and large excellent for 4four nights stay in the Sarovar Portico, Surajkund, room service has scope for improvement. To sum up we enjoyed the trip while staying in the Sarovar Portico, Surajkund

Room was nice, the lobby and the lifts are need to be maintained in the Sarovar Portico, Surajkund. Also the breakfast was served cold. Good part is when you ask them they heat it they simply just don't say no and all of this could have been avoided if they would have just maintained the hotpan.

It was good stay. But the property was old and it was a bit unclean and smelly. The rooms were big enough but the toilets were too small. The breakfast was below average and even after raising complaints it never improved. The restaurant menu was ok but not worth the money. Done

I have stayed 3 days in sarovar portico, stay was good, breakfast serves good, varieties of items available, only cleanliness is issue, they are not cleaned the room and property well either every thing is good from my side i will rate this property 3. 5/5.

Very big property but do not have much occupancy. Difficult time for the Sarovar Portico, Surajkundier. Shower area is bit cramp. Amenities are good. Resturant is huge and good service oriented staffs. Overall a good experience.

Sarovar portico hospitality is so good and staff is very humble. House kipping and food quality is very good

Stayed there with 8 members in including 3 drivers. We had taken 5 rooms there and undoubtedly the service and food was very homely

Location was very nice, very quite place no outside disturbance, very hygiene even everything was neat n clean as well. Highly recommend to stay.

A decent and good option for staying

The price that you pay feels too much, as soon as you walk beyond reception. It's just different feel at this Sarovar Portico, Surajkund from similarly priced accommodations

Staff is very cooperative, rooms are neat and clean, food is fully hygienic and delicious

Room's are good and the front office staff are friendly. Room amenities tea bags are very pathetic my suggestions to change it. Your property have good star ratings.

Hotels location is away from city. Staff is cooperative. Variety of food in breakfast is less in covid times.
