SARTAJ - THE CROWN

The rooms had Spiders and Lizards.Bathrooms were stinking ,bed sheets were dirty and when we requested to change the rooms , the staff refused.

I had an excellent stay at Sartaj–The Crown. Everything from the room comfort to the service was top-notch. The staff was warm and welcoming, the ambiance was elegant, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay

Staff services are very poor, room was not appropriate so the foods are. Room heater wasn’t in working condition.

bad experience.. tv was not working,shortage of hot and even cold water, unavailable of packaged drinking water ,poor food quality . non availabilty of food of our choice even there was a long menu

Lots of mosquitoes in room, tv was not working properly. Each time, need to call them to switch on the tv. Bathroom lock was broken. They have not prepared the room in advance. I had to call them for bedsheet, towels, slippers etc

The rooms come with a beautiful view and the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are also good but there's no lift although the staff members will get the luggage and the chef prepares the food which was okay, locking the doors was always a problem and the rooms are dusty in most of the places. We stayed just for a 2 nights, that's how long you can stay, two nights is enough and later we headed to mcleodganj

Weird smell issue, water shortage and insects. Food is average. Owner is arrogant. Other staff is nice.

Pros- the property location is fine and view is good. Cons- not properly maintained so swiches were not working, paint was coming out of walls, cabinets were dirty and towels, bedsheet provided had stains on it.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the property's new construction added to the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and modern accommodation option.

they provide us worst room of hotel. After many request also they did not change the room even there were no other guest all rooms were vacat but they dint change. Also in room nothing was provided like tea bang cofee water glasses. When we ask them only they will give. This hotel is at gandhi chowk very interior.

Just booked this property for one day as i needed to extend my stay. This was adjacent to another hotel that i stayed at previously. The rooms were not maintained well and no amenities were provided by the hotel. The tv and the phone were also not working. The food was below average too. Would not recommend.

We booked our stay but couldn't able to travel to our destination due to train cancellation on the travel date which was immediately conveyed to the mm t for their information as all the trains were cancel-led due to some kisan andolan at punjab region. Indian railways have refunded our payment but the mm t staff and hotelier didn't even bother to accommodate us and nor refunded our hard earned money. So, i request you all to please don't expect any support in any conditions from these portals (especially if you have paid the amount in advance to them.

Actually, i am staying at sartaj the crown hotel at dalhousie now, but basic amenities are not present. When you are staying in luxury room, you expect atleast room to be warm, no ac (warm) present in the room. Inf-act room blower provided by the hotel staff being charged at 300- per night. How can you provide. Room without handwash, toilet kit in the toilet. Really terrible experience, just don't have words to express. Really sad.

Nice and comfy stay. Location was really good and hotel staff was very cooperative, takes care of neat and cleanliness

Pros: *hotel is around 600m away from gandhi chowk *newly built so its clean in terms of first look. *cooperative staff. *we booked 3 rooms and needed extra bedding in 2 rooms. We were not charged for that. * buffet not there but staff asks for dishes to be prepared. * place and food provided for driver cons: *no fan, no ac, only one wall fan was provided which was not enough in the temperature in jun e * towels were filthy and were not provided on time. On first day itself they were filthy. * breakfast area is in parking and disconnected from rest of hotel, so to even get a glass of water we had to go all the way to reception. *no tea/coffee supplies, no bottled water, only ro water.

Location of hotel is good but condition of hotel is worst. Hotel staff has no for each and every question. They don't even have basic things. I had to call them thrice for toilet papers but they didn't provide. Taste and quality of food was even worse. We ordered masala papad and it was bitter. Then we ordered spring roll, its batter was thick and uncooked. Then we ordered full chicken masala. They give it without leg piece. Next day we complained and told them to give us proper chicken. They gave stale chicken. Worst property ever. Hotel property is also not maintained

The room and the view is excellent. But bed bugs spoiled our stay. My wife is suffering with severe bites and allergies all over body. The management must strictly look into this matter. Our entire trip after checking out from here was nightmare for her.
