The hotel is good. The food is also nice although the menu is limited for dinner. The rooms are neat and tidy. 100% value for money. The owner mr sarthak himself is always available of any help and issues.

Bad experience no shampoo in bathroom, no dental kit, dirty surface, hot water only 4 hours morning, no electric kettle in room, no tea & coffee kit breakfast only 2 item provided prantha& alloo puri, no butter tost, no jam tost, no poha overall bad experience

Best hotel in bhimtal, great location. We were group of 10 senior citizens and everyone loved it. We also requested early check in and hotel called us in advance to confirm the same. When we reached, they provided rooms even during diwali rush. Very cooperative staff.

Cooperative management. We reached early in morning, they made early check in arrangements. Food was very good

Bed was at very far distance from us we also request to provide some table fan but they not provide. All night we have to sleep in hot environment. Very small fan and they also provide back side room. Fan was very small and very far from bed.

The staff always forget giving sugar with tea, telephones are not working, the ambiance is very well, hotel is decorate fabulously

This was worst experience staying there. Totally untrained staff and unprofessional service. There was no staff at reception while we entered and we waited there and called some people to do our check in. Now next they don’t provide toiletries and we had to make arrangements on our own. We asked them to provide towels next day but they refused as they give you towel once your stay. Tv was not working old construction, draining issues in toilet. Hygiene issues. Only 1-2 options for breakfast that too after ordering good part was delicious food.

It's a neat & clean place with tranquility. Greenery is all around while rooms are spacious & service is up to the mark. Food is delicious in their restaurants. Only suggestion is pl provide electric kettle with tea making items.

Service is pathetic. After 10 pm there is nobody to attend to your needs. Morning tea isn’t available before 8 am. In the absence of geyser one has to throw over a bucketful water to get warm water.

We stayed at sarthak inn from 2nd to 5th jun e 22 the place is nice rooms or cottage was spacious and good sunlight food at ta-rang was tasty and good the garden in front of cottage was very nice with grass and lots of flowers however the electric connection in bathroom was faulty and water supply was also faulty causing inconvenience on the whole our experience was good
