Sarvakaya Timber Trails Yercaud

Hi. I was stayed one day here. Good warm welcome given by manager. He allocate the room for us, room looked neat and clean but white blanket having some black fungus. At the same time we booked the room for 2 members but only one tooth brush and paste only provided, also no water flow in sanitary. So, i called the room service. One servent came and took one hr time for clear that issues. Playing areas, swimming fools were under maintenance, also there is limited internal game only available. Last but not least the food was given delicious. Overall i given 4 rating for them. Seeking good improvements in next check-ins.

This quaint plantation resort was an amazing discovery. It has all the amenities that one could need. The accommodations are surrounded by tall trees. Every one in the staff is friendly, prompt and eager to help. The veg restaurant is a beautiful setup. The buffet breakfast was adequate without frills. There is a complimentary evening high tea for all guests which is simple too. It is located very near the lake and pagoda point. Loved the stay and recommed it to everyone.

Very good stay, peaceful and relaxing. A new property with less than a year old. Best thing was that i forgot my keys and came back to bangalore. The guys there were so courteous to help courier the keys to me without any hesitation. Hats off to the epic staff!

very great stay,clean room and service is good. Staff are kind to provide any information or extend their support to make your vacation memorable . Giving 4star just for the reason swimming pool was under repair😞😞.

Location and stay was good. But we could not took bath due to dirty water. The water quality supplied in room was not good even in swimming pool too.

Property was good. Rooms are little small but tidy. Room service is good, location is good. Food i would suggest to have from outside. My stay was good.

All aspects of stay were good. Only negative feedback is the cost of food and amenities during off season were cut short

Good spacious rooms, neat and clean, food is okay, doesn’t have much options. Within the city limit you can reach easily there.
