Wonderful homestay! beautiful apartment and the owner is very cooperative and guest centric. Location is good and can be approached easily. Only service addition i would suggest is to begin tea/coffee arrangement (on payment. Rest everything is wonderful. Enjoyed staying at sat-guru homestays. Really feels like staying at home!

First of all, the host and owner ashok ji is an amazing person. Very polite and kind. From the bathroom to living room, everything was just clean. You can cook on your own, got everything basic provided by host. And the best part is you got smart tv in each room with ott subscription. Overall it was amazing stay.

It's very good and friendly hospitality. Anytime they had help us for emergency. Excellent feel when i stay there. Next time if i fly to kolkata also i will stay there. One thing is missing that if they can have some cab facility it would be more advantage for people who was traveling from other region.

We confirm to say this is one of the best-est properties we have stayed in kolkata city. The host, the view, the caretakers, everyone made us feel like family. We also shared our morning tea with our neighbours staying in the other room. Great place to start the year!

Stay was good in all aspects from cleaning to availability of everything and best part was the common space and kitchen part which provides freedom to prepare your own desired food which save money at same time good for health.
