The property is very different from the photos uploaded on the site. it's not clean and no space in the room and the behaviour of the staffs are very rough even the manager behaved very badly. it's really irksome, didn't expect this much, please don't choose this hotel

The stay was very clean and well maintained, though in starting we had delay in checkin later everything was good. The location of the stay was very helpful fir us as it was just 1-2km away from most of the major visiting spots. Overall very good experience.

Pathetic room. Terrible service. We asked for blanket they did not provided. We asked for the room cleaning the didnot provided. So many mosquitoes flying in the room. We stayed for 1day. As the charged more money but no facilities no services given.

Poor surrounding, charged rs 300 for early check in, bed sheet with stain, no towel, bathroom tap moving, water of ac dropping on the head at the time of bath, no chair, no centre table, cepage in wall, dirty flooring, many more things

Its location in market makes you easy to find the things and it is nearer to beaches in pondicherry and also vinayaka temple, the staff is very cooperative

Room size is too small. You can't even walk properly while spending 4000 bucks. Poor hospitality

I am my business partners went to this property. I booked the hotel at the last moment on 7th night. Already i paid money but night time staff didn’t have us room. We were suffering a lots and metal harrsmemt. I called to make my tricustomer care and informed him, this hotel didn’t have us room. So please refund the amout. But a few days before i called again to customer care then he response me this hotel denied to give return back money. So i requested to mm t please take action against this hotel and refund my money too. Other wise i will complain to everywhere.

No wifi, no house kipping boys, bathroom towale not available

Hotel was too much dirty, bedsheets was like a dustbin. No dustbin was there. No window was there. No parking. Electricity problems. Too much dirty area. I think, i will never use mmt. You don't have list of good hotels as well as services

Horrible stay. (1) no one to take luggage upto room on checking in and to tack down luggage on checkout. (2) dirty room. Lots of cobwebs in the room. Not cleaned for months it seems. (3)not giving any blanket or even a sheet to use in cold night, even on demanding. (4) closing hotel gate before 9. 45 pm. We had to tell a stranger to call hotel staff to open the main gate at 10 pm. (5) no hot water facility in bathroom. (6) location is terrible. On the way to hotel is vegetable market. It is such a nightmare to reach the hotel and to go anywhere from the hotel. (7) staff talks as if they don't want any customer. So, never ever plan to stay in this hotel !

Keep low expectations abut the hotel.

The hotel is closer to the important spots in pondicherry within a walk-able distance. The hotel is clean and the neat. The hotel is a bit small but i think it's a good deal for the price.
