No restaurant and only horror experience in tent room. cover of tent which is polythene having so much noise when wind is blowing and in night this will go horror experience

Very disappointing experience. The camp was dirty with no proper hygiene. Staff was unhelpful and did not even offer basic things like drinking water. Definitely not worth staying here.

they have no kitchen... chay coffee k liye bhi market Jana hota hai... toilet sheet tuti hui thi... cleaning issue bhi the .... room me cockroach the...

It was a great experience in this property, location is awesome, staff was good , but only one problem in this property there is no kitchen in hotel , they bring food outside and serve us , even they didn't give me any food service, otherwise it was really great experience in this property,

While the location and food was good, there were a lot of things that were mentioned that can be availed at discounted prices (transportation at discounted price etc) but however we weren’t able to get any except for bonfire where even for that we had multiple arguments at reception! This was also the reason for the price we had paid for the booking. Either owner should remove those listing or fulfill them.

I recently stayed at lake side hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views of the lake and a serene environment. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. However, there are a few areas that could be improved no food is served and cooked there even you don't get tea. Kettle was not provided.

Very good stay, we have booked three ac swiss tents for 6 adults and 2 child, tents were neat n tidy, however tent walls wrapped with cloths requires cleanliness. Food or breakfast is not prepared inside the campus, as there is no kitchen available in this resort. They arrange the food from outside, which i felt is very big con for this resort. Else full marks for location, hospitality and service. One more thing they need to correct their location on google map we wasted our time finding this resort due to wrong mapping on google map. Last but not least. Bonfire steal the show in the evening

The service quality, Aminities and location of the hotel was very good but the food quality was not that good, it can be improved.
