We have checked In at 5pm in the Sau residency. Took help of a guide for the temples in the kanchipuram, Room was neat and clean, washroom was also good. Owner gave us an extra 1hr for the check-out. It was a friendly environment. Looking forward for the same stay next time 😄

Beds were clean. But no locks in bathrooms. We had to order food from outside, either online or by tipping the attenders. Only two local people were there. No intercom to call reception. AC remote was provided, instead they will set a temperature and we had to adjust with that. No doors for cupboards. Even Beds were not aligned to ceiling fans. It was running separately somewhere and we were sweating all through. Car parking was somewhere else which is also a drawback. Only Plus is for the room beds and spreads (Only one provided for a Queen sized bed) which were clean.

family with 1 kidLocated in the main road connecting easily to the city. Good and neat rooms. Service is good and they help us with what we ask for. Car Parking space is very limited, Cant able to park and drive it out easily. Hot water is not working early in the morning.

Rooms are a bit congested. Not enough ventilation. Hotel staff seems to have a link up with local auto drivers. Staff is purposefully giving incorrect information regarding transit to local temples.

Third class management - they gave our room to other family already

Third class money minded owner/management, there were three families fighting already with the owner and manager at midnight for room as the management assured them for room but the hotel was full. We ourselves got a room for 4 with two double beds and got very first response that no rooms available even after showing mm t booking. No proper car parking is available, they don't give water bottles. Terrible experience.

Horrible hospitality, stinky rooms, mannersless manager. We wanted to upgrade the rooms for eight people from four people but rajesh the middle man said he will do it so we reached the hotel at midnight. Sadly he didn't upgrade the rooms and moreover demanded more money. Only after an argument that he upgraded the rooms and we had to compromise since we were with kids. Even in the morning the manager started a fight cursing in tamil for more money than what was agreed for. Not a worthy place.
