Great stay for family! they took good care of my senior citizen parents . they addressed issues we faced at one ring to the reception. Very good experience

Great location. Checking took 2 minutes. We were in the room in less than 10 minutes. Meals are great. Service in the restaurant also is excellent. Before I asked for the extra bed, they looked at the booking and brought it.

our chekin was delayed for 1.5hrs, staff doesnt know to speak english...they dont have solution and asked us to keep waiting for 2mins every half n hour....room service never answer calls it keeps ringing...food was ok...unpleasent after booking it for 6ppl...

I usually don’t write reviews, but this horrible experience deserves one so that others don’t suffer in future. 1. The hotel dupes customers by posting pictures of premium room in the deluxe category. For instance, I could see bathtub and a big room in deluxe category while booking, hence I booked the deluxe room. However, upon reaching I realised there’s no bathtub and the room is very small. On asking the hotel staff for a clarification, they informed me that they too weren’t aware of this mix up and that this will be immediately fixed on Make my trip app. This situation still remains on the application, even after completing 3 days of my trip. 2. The hotel has all its rooms on the 1st floor and there’s a roof top restaurant on the second floor. So, daily after around 7pm, up until midnight, there is constant noise of chairs being dragged which is heard in the rooms below. Impossible to sleep especially when one has gone on a holiday to relax. 3. The spring mattress in my room was such cheap quality with saggy spots that there was hardly any support for the body, keeping the body misaligned throughout the night. I had the worst sleep here in years. 4. This is the first hotel I’ve seen where you’ll be charged for complimentary water too. Overall a completely dissatisfying and disappointing experience.

Very cleans and luxurious room. View from balcony is scenic. All amenities are available. Good food and very reasonable prices. Roof top restro bar is good but service is bit late. But the service in the restaurant is very quick and staff are very friendly. Clean swimming pool. Plenty of parking area. Property located in the main roof easy access and inside the property can have a nice and quite scenic walk. Gym is available outdoor game is available.

Recently stayed at Sougandhika West Gate in Wayanad and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located just outside Wayanad city, but it’s conveniently situated on the main road, making it easy to access. There’s ample parking space, which was a relief, especially for travelers driving in. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. Cleanliness and attention to detail are clearly a priority, which made my stay more enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant serves good quality food, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meals. However, I found the selection of items on the menu to be somewhat limited, which might disappoint those looking for more variety. Similarly, the breakfast spread could use some improvement, as it didn’t quite match the quality I expected from such a well-kept property. Overall, Sougandhika West Gate offers a comfortable stay with great potential, especially if they work on expanding their food and breakfast offerings. It’s a solid option for those looking for accommodation near Wayanad, with the added convenience of being right on the main road.

Room was good but no proper description of emergency button. O key ish service. Food was very bad. Poor location

Very nice property and well maintained. The property is brand new, and rooms are very modern and give a positive vibe. Every utility installed in the room is well thought through and room quality matches almost like a 5-star property. Strongly suggest going for balcony rooms because of the amazing views. The entire property is very neat and well maintained. The resort itself has less things to do. There is a swimming pool and that's pretty much it. To my surprise, we didn't find too many people living here too but i am not fond of crowded places so that worked in my favor. Food was the major factor for which i am giving a low rating as they had very limited options for vegetarians. The breakfast wasn't served like a buffet, but they served whatever we asked. The options were really limited. They just had poori, dos a and kerala parotta along with tea and coffee which is really bare minimum for a resort of this level. Also, the menu was fixed for both the days we stayed so this was slightly disappointing.

Since we are vegetarian, there is no much options. Rooms are good. Ambience is good. The staff is friendly.

Great service, great rooms. Food options were limited, especially in the fact that there were no fruits available at breakfast.
