Savera A Business luxury hotel

Room ok, very bad location and approach road, high food cost, geyser does not work, multiple loading / unloading activities outside seems like a few garage or warehouse in the area so noisy and poor service.

good service hygiene and responsive ,it was great being their place center of city and nearby to main locations

Location is good but the front office staff is bad. They don't know how to talk to customer. Food is terrible.

Room was very Small even for Single Accomodation also had too much Humidity but breakfast was Good Staff is very Cooperative

Hotel is pathetic in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Food was undercooked as i dint had time to check out so couldn’t get it changed and also fed up of the staff chasing me to check out like 4-5 calls back to back in 20 mins time

Very good hotel, everything works as desired. Just one scope for improvement will be the staff to smile and great a bit more to make guest feel welcomed. Otherwise I had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Room Size very less as per room rent. Need proper clean. Some smell from room . Room feeling like hesitation.

Accommodation was excellent – the room, including the washroom, was neat and clean. The hotel is located in a prime area, though car parking is limited. Breakfast was average, but the lunch and dinner menu offered tasty and satisfying options. Overall, a good experience. Recommended!

Was good stay. Locality was very good. Parking space should have been better. The room was clean, but the bedsheet was poorly cleaned. Staff behaviour improvent required.

The kitchen service is the worst. The staff didn't respond, avoids when i called them for any help or order. Also after checking out on the same day at night i got a call from a landline number after that i got calls again at night around 3:30 probably from the staff members making weird sounds.

All Good , no issues. It was my 3rd stay at this hotel and would like stay again in future. Good Room, washroom, facilities, cordial behaviour of staffs. Location is also good. Very Near to Gandhi Maidan.

Rooms were Good, Food was Good, Ambience was Good. Location in little inside, so not so good.

Fans dust was fall on bed that's why room was not clean properly and also bed was full of dust, I am giving avarage catagory hotel

Club room All non professional staff are there,and very casual behavior.food quality is very poor, and limited option, stayed for 3night nobody come to clean room 1st day.2nd and 3rd day they came in the eve for clean room after calling so many time.
