Hotel caretaker had no idea about the booking and had to wait and he also said "you call on the phone to whoever booked the stay, i cannot give you the room" and had to wait an hour for a room i already paid for and when we asked for drinking water he provided us with normal bottle without any seal and filled by him.

Very dirty room with very poor bed quality compels me to check out one day before. Not able to sleep the whole night due to small insects inside room disturbing during sleep. AC was not working during the entire stay. Pathetic experience.can’t express more.
