the property is nice but they don't serve any non veg food, even eggs are not available in the breakfast. food options in general are very limited and leave much to desire.

Stay was very pleasant, lots of things to explore on the property like swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, cafe, spa. Overall property is well maintained, food is good too but bit too expensive. Since it's a big property we availed bugey Service to travel and overall Service was great. Would like to visit in future

I went with a lot of expectations but the moment we reached there was no welcome drink or even water provided and I could here almost all the guest saying the same . The next was a night mare for us that they did not give us a room that was cleaned or maintained and we had to wait for 4 hours to get a better room . In between these 4 hours they showed us 3 rooms and when we said to finalize they already handed over the key to another guest . The bathrooms are not maintained and it was stinking. The next surprise came here we went for lunch - please note this is not mentioned anywhere that they provide only veg food . If you want non veg that’s available and not for room Service and food is also priced high here . Please do not opt for buffet unless you are a pure veg . I’m not really happy with the overall experience I had . When it’s a long weekend and you know crowd is more more staffs should be there on ground to support . Majority of the staffs were clueless and had no idea about the property. If it’s maintained well then it’s a good place to be at

Good large property with nice amenities!! i had informed them to do a room decoration, which was great too.

The rooms & amenities were great. The swimming pool was huge and well equipped to handle a large crowd. But some items on the food menu were unavailable, which was an issue for us since we were traveling with a child.

The property is under construction so game room and most of the amenities are not available for guest. Currently not the best time to visit. Rooms are good but other than rooms everything is under construction.

Great experience and amazing hospitality !! Great property and a perfect monsoon getaway near to Mumbai!! A fun filled weekend. The resturant has amazing food and great taste ! |Happy Stay and great vibe ☺️

Excellent staff. Amazing amenities. Good food. Had an amazing time. Two problem. Lift was not working couple of times. Gaming section only had one game active and rest all were closed.

Property is really good i liked the room it was spacious and worth the price point staff is good but room service was horrible for one thing i had to call 15 times

The stay was excellent the resort property was beautiful. However i face issue with the a/c. Food and staff was wonderful

It was fun staying in such an beautiful ambiance and also the nature of the employees and staff was very pleasing, it’s great to have such an amazing people surrounded with amazing natural beauty

The rooms & view were awesome. Food was okay. Game zone only few things were operational. There was a wedding planned it was too crowded.

The whole resort is under construction because of the bullet train project i was not informed about that. We also couldn't sleep because of the mosquito waste of huge money.

Booked the top category titanium room which is on 6th floor. At check in, only one lift was working as other had maintenance going on. By the time we wanted to come for lunch, the other lift also stopped working. Service lift was also not working. After lunch despite being pregnant i climbed up 6 flrs cos staff said by evening issue should be sorted out. But it was not. As a result we could not do half the activities like game room, pool, dinner in restaurant, etc on ground floor. All lifts were on one same connection apparently. When we raised concern to the front desk manager to compensate the trouble by waiving off our very nominal meal bills, he refused to allow us to speak to the resort manager- the property may be great, but they lack the mentality of hospitality needed to run such a massive property.

Ultra poor services and food, strongly not recommended. Unsupported staff with completely unhinged facilities

Rooms were good, clean. Food service was extremely slow. The amenities mentioned in description while booking room were not provided at room. In spite of multiple reminders at reception they did not bother to provide a bathrobe. The room booked had a jacuzzi which was not properly functional. The resort needs to ensure that services which they promise should be fulfilled.

Location is very near from thane. The ambience is amazing with a breathtaking landscape. It has lot of plantation, bird sanctuary is amazing, swimming pool is huge and warm. All the staffs were very courteous and they were very helpful, kind and friendly. Many a times they were impromptu. The vehicle facility to travel from room to dinning room is flexible. Food was very yummy, fresh and prepared on the spot. It is child friendly as well.
