Sayaji Pune, Wakad

The Sayaji Pune, Wakad is located on the highway, and the location is perfect if you have worn as hinjewadi or nearby area. Hotel is pretty old and need renewation. We have take suite room and for that paid 10k. Suite room was not upto the standard and need immediate attention. Not at all worth of 10k. Room service is very good and food is good. Breakfast was mess. There chef's were having some issues in them and were discussing very loudly. Because of that live counter was become mess. I have ordered waffle which took them to serve 20 minutes. Overall food was fine. Ambiance of restaurant is pathetic. Ac were not working properly. This property is charging very too much and not giving much infra

For my quarterly work trip to pune, i always choose sayaji for my stay. The smooth check in, check out process, the neat and clean rooms, daily house keeping service, impromptu room service are few highlights of this Sayaji Pune, Wakad. The rooms have a sofa, study table, chair which makes it more suitable for people like me who go to pune on work trips. Not to forget about the sumptuous breakfast buffet with varieties of option to choose from. The quality of food of this Sayaji Pune, Wakad is also remarkable.

It’s a good property with good ambience of room. Staffs are polite and honest. Food is fantastic with a good variety. But the facility do not have sauna and even steam area is unmanned with no good look and feel. That definitely need a renovation. It’s in a secluded area among-st rooms at 8th floor. Nobody is there to guide you and not even an intercom is there. Swimming pool area also need renovation to look attractive. So overall rating 4/5.

During my stay at westin i had an incredible experience filled with relaxation and memorable moments the resort’s ambiance was welcoming, and the staff’s hospitality made me feel right at home upon arrival i was greeted warmly by the front desk staff ( shashank sharma ) and the check-in process was smooth and efficient the room was spacious and well-appointed offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape

I had a leisure trip and this property has all the amenities to make it apt. However, for some reason i fell severely sick and need multiple medicines at different times. The staff of the Sayaji Pune, Wakad was very helpful and without any delay arranged the medicines. Kudos to the team and god bless. The services were also quick. I would highly recommend this Sayaji Pune, Wakad if you are travel-ling to pune.

This Sayaji Pune, Wakad is excellent with respect to the rooms and amenities available. The front desk, service, restaurant food options are all great. Only couple of issues that I would request the Sayaji Pune, Wakad management to review are: 1. Slow/unstable internet connection at all times. 2. ⁠ Scope for improvement with food taste overall and more specifically South Indian food options.

Overall stay was good, few short coming were found like the console they are using of air conditioning and light doesn’t work well, we asked for twin bed which they couldn’t provide us, pressure in the tap of wash basin is so much that water spills to your clothes plenty times and also come out of the basin. These nuances need to be taken care off. I stayed their plenty times.

The stay was good, the food choices were good. The rooms were very well maintained and serviced. However, for some reason i started developing severe back pain after sleeping in that mattress (which i believe is a spring mattress. That caused a lot of discomfort for me during my stay. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Overall a very good experience. The staff was very co-operative and the food was excellent. The room is very comfortable for the stay of three people also and the facilities are all up to date and in order.
