Sayoojyam Residency

The Sayoojyam Residency is budget-friendly, offering cozy, clean rooms with all basic amenities. The Sayoojyam Residency has a 24-hour checkout policy which is great! There's a Sayoojyam Residency downstairs which offers great food though there is no 24x7 room service. People at the reception are super friendly. The location on Google maps is accurate and you won't face difficulties in finding the Sayoojyam Residency. Rooms may not have the kind of views you'd expect. There's always the building next door blocking the view. The walls of some rooms are a bit damp and cracked but that didn't really bother our stay because it was in a remote corner of the room. As far as I noticed there isn't much parking space for the Sayoojyam Residency. The only area available to Park is out front by the road.

Out of 4 days 1st 2 days the room was not cleaned. 3rd day, late in the evening after a couple of follow ups, the room was cleaned. Fan was early working at lower speeds. On 3rd day morning, someone called saying tea/coffee is being served at reception. When checked with reception and room service, both of them confirmed they did not call. In a few minutes, someone from room service showed up with coffee. On checking with him if it was asked, he walked away.

Excellent location. Staff are helpful. Room service and food is good especially breakfast. Bath room not in expected level still they need to improve in this especially the doors are old ... I went with a group of students for industrial visit and stayed there for two days. One of them got sick. Since two famous hospitals are there at walkable distance from the Sayoojyam Residency, its helps me a lot.

The Sayoojyam Residency is situated centrally and you can walk to get anything nearby. The staff were very courteous and have to say their food were awesome especially the meals, family loved it. Front office desk helped us a lot as we reached at 7 am for a 12pm check-in and they were nice enough to accommodate a room for us. Overall a great experience and will recommend for all.

Good experience. Value for money. Breakfast fast was good. Good room service. We enjoyed the Sayoojyam Residency. Hotel is also attached with Sayoojyam Residency. Grate experience. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I had booked 2 nights stay in a non ac room. Hotel upgraded and gave me a ac room. Hotel staff were very polite, courteous and efficient. My wife needed some clothes ironed and they did it super fast. They provided mineral water, newspapers everyday. The Sayoojyam Residency restaurant is good and so are the staff. I was very pleased with my stay there.

The overall experience was good. I would have preferred a room that is a little more tidier. It was absolutely safe and family friendly. The restaurant and the services were fairly good. The billing and check out process could be a little quicker especially when payments were already made online. I will certainly go back if necessary.

Receptionist attitude towards customer is not satisfied. In response to my request that room tv not working, the receipt replied that in palakkad city every where cable tv is like this. When rain comes tv will not work. But it's not true, tv is not working due to bad cabling work. Last time i stayed nearby Sayoojyam Residency.

The Sayoojyam Residency is located in the heart of the city. There are good transportation facilities available. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness. The bedding had a few stains and the bathroom had mould marks.

My check in to Sayoogyam was quite easy. I was given a clean room and the service was excellent. The restaurant is aptly located and caters to all taste. Food supplied in this restaurant was delicious. My stay was comfortable and easy. Thanks to the staff.

Good place nice service and well connected to the City

This is the first I felt the room wasn't well maintained wonder if they let out small rooms for bookings done through MMT or any other similar apps. Other than that have always been happy with the place. But for a business traveller like me it's worth the money

Average Sayoojyam Residency with clean rooms, old AC, no TV and okay room service.

Very near to the Bus Stand, Easily accessible. Worth for money. Breakfast was good (Free). Good & Gentle room service. Thank you Makemytrip. Com for giving a good discount. I might prefer the same Sayoojyam Residency for my next trips to Palakkad.

The Sayoojyam Residency is perfect in city center and outside the view is also perfect but inside the room it's too old a/c is also not working well and in bathroom the tape is not also not working well. Breakfast and all others are oke.
