The property is new hence well maintained. The rooms are amazing and clean but service was an issue. The staff (receptionist and room service guys) seems to be new and had now clue about hospitality. The manager handled the situation well. In all Scarlet By Playsales has amazing infrastructure and cleanliness but service is poor

Had wonderful stay in scarlet by playsales indore. Welcoming staff on reception room were clean and spacious enough. Washroom was clean. Quick service. Morning buffet breakfast was also delicious. Smoothly check out over all wonderful l stay in scarlet playsales.

It was completely newly property. Property interior and exterior extremely beautiful. Room was very specious and comfortable. Service was very good humble staff they are very professional, food was amazing overall everything is super good!
