SDD RESIDENCY

My stay at SDD Residency, Thiruvannamalai was average. The property needs improvement in several areas. There was no hot water, and no proper blanket provided - only a thin bedspread which wasn’t enough at night. There was no parking space inside the building for my car, which was quite inconvenient. The room had no chair to sit and no cupboard. The staff were polite, but overall facilities didn’t match the expected standard.

they say AC won't work when power is down but it suddenly stops working even when there is power. The geyser in the bathroom is not working at all and the bathroom is very dirty no proper maintenance all. No proper communication with the tourists. And the main important thing is overpriced compared to other places which are affordable at a very low price which we realised after going there.

Room is clean, but the water bottle and towels are not provided. Hot water is available as they have a solar geyser. Close to temple main Raja gopuram. Suggestion: Provide water bottles and towels, toiletries at the time of checkin.

The hotel management did not respond properly.He was very rood.There was no room boy to srve.One boy came after 20 mts.They know only Tamil .They don't know any other languages.The hotel was not that much clean.Provided hot water .One good thing is Lord Arunachalam hill was clearly visible from window.

We stayed in a double room with a/c facility. The room was neat and tidy. Bathroom was very neat and fresh. The bath towel, bedsheet etc. All were good.

Hotel is near to temple, no amenities provided. Toilet flush was not working. No heater in bathroom.

1. Charging plug points were very loose. 2. Water gets leaked from the washroom and gets clogs in the living room while having shower. 3. No inside lock in the washroom.

Lack of cleanliness, rooms were very old and washrooms are horrible. Property pictures vary from real ambiance.

Room is very good and it was clean and it was near temple and the hotel staff was very good and breakfast, lunch, dinner is available in hotel.

Receptionist reactions were greedy type booking was for 4 adults and he says it was for 3 adults.
