No proper power backup and power stability

Lots of power cut and fluctuations whole night no proper power backup. This made the night stay experience very bad.

The food was amazing. But the room is quite expensive as compared to money. No tv no ac no garden view. They are mentioned as a garden view room. But there were only 4, 5 trees.

coupleI stayed here in Feb 2024 earlier. The rooms are clean , no complaints on that. However, honestly speaking the service has gone down this time when compared to February. It could be due to the holiday season. For everything it was a NO. Moreover, we felt the staff was biased towards foreigners. Hence a 3 star when compared to a 5 Star in February

To be honest, i was not expecting this kind of hospitality. Everything was fantastic. Further what a view from the room itself. I would say this is one of the best resort in south goa or patnem beach if you like less crowded places to chill out.

As beautiful as the view outside the room is, the condition inside the room is so bad. The floor of the room is broken, the lock of the cupboard is broken, the behavior of the people of the resort is not good, i am saying these things according to my experience.
