If I highlight the pros first: The location is truly beautiful. The staff were also very polite and well-behaved. Outside food was allowed, which is a big plus because many hotels don’t permit it. Now coming to the cons: A lift is extremely necessary here. Without it, guests have to climb very narrow and steep stairs, which can be difficult—especially for senior citizens. Although the hotel has confirmed that a lift will be installed within the next six months, it is still an issue right now. Next, the actual rooms look quite different from the photos shown online. I’m not sure why there is such a mismatch. For breakfast, only vegetarian South Indian items were offered—even though we had booked a package that included a non-veg breakfast option. Room cleaning is not proactive; the staff will not approach you on their own. Guests have to repeatedly request housekeeping. The hotel mentions parking availability, but they do not have their own dedicated parking space. Both two-wheelers and four-wheelers must be parked in public parking areas. Another point: the snacks and beverages placed in the room by the hotel are priced much higher than the actual market price, and GST is charged separately. I would recommend buying these items online or from a store instead. That’s all. I hope my review helps others while booking this hotel.

Beautiful sea-facing hotel in a prime location, with a kids’ play area and a peaceful walking zone right in front—perfect for morning strolls.

View from the room is good but the room size is extremely small, no water bottle and tissues provided, no lift facilities. For the amount we pay these are basic

Our stay was excellent, and I would definitely give it a full five-star rating. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The ambience throughout the property was warm and inviting, making the overall experience very enjoyable. The best part is that the stay is located directly opposite the beach, providing a stunning view and easy access to the shoreline.

Our stay was disappointing. The photos online looked great, but the actual place was very different in reality. Also, there was no lift, which made it inconvenient, especially with luggage. The location was okay, but overall the experience didn’t meet our expectations. Would suggest checking recent reviews and photos before booking.

I wouldn’t call it a top-class experience. We arrived early around 2 hrs before and, to our surprise, were made to wait in a tiny lobby that could barely seat two people — even though the room was vacant. No one bothered to clean it in advance, and only at 2:00 PM, our official check-in time, did the receptionist call the staff to start cleaning. What followed was chaos — loud arguments — while we waited patiently. This was particularly upsetting as I had a foreign friend with me. The room itself was okay with centralized AC, but the pillow covers didn’t feel fresh, and I’m not convinced the blanket was changed either. Towels were new, which was a positive. However, the Wi-Fi was terrible and made it impossible for us to work, so we cut our stay short from two days to just one. Breakfast options were very limited — only South Indian — so we ended up going to The Promenade for breakfast instead. Overall, it was an average experience. In hindsight, it might be worth paying a bit more to stay somewhere like The Promenade, where the service and amenities are far more reliable.

The highlight for us was definitely the view especially during sunset, which was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole trip extra special. The place is run like a small guest house and lucky to have a location on the beach road! The view is uncompromising from the sea facing rooms but the whole other experience makes you feel that the pocket was pinched a tad bit too much to only pay for a view! The place was undergoing construction with water running down the steep strais compromising safety! The room upkeep was not so good with dusty wall panels and headstands. Cramped all through. Said hello to a street dog on the 2nd floor since the doors are unguarded

Construction Work is Going on. Toilet was not Clean During arriving. Extra Bed was Briken. mosquito full room.

The experience was good and the breakfast buffet was really tasty, the view was worth it , from your balcony you can see the sunrise and it’s right on the promenade road, we stayed for 2 days.

I went to the hotel for late checkin we where forced to wake up the receptionist guy who is sleeping again after we make him woke! He checked his system and said us that he cannot give the room due to late checkin. What the hell we paid some 5k while booking then how come he say he cannot give us room. Then he locked up in a room for more than 20mins discussed with a guy and came out and saying that you came late so i’m giving room or else i won’t. These are the very rough approach by the receptionist guy. Done choose this hotel

Initially, I thought this would be a great experience. However, the photos posted on website shows big spacious rooms, comparatively the room was much smaller . Secondly, they don't have an inhouse restaurant but yes they provided home cooked vegetarian delicious breakfast. The only falling out was no non veg option was available. At the very least they could have provided boiled eggs. The dining staff was very courteous and professional and friendly, which is one of the 2 things I liked . second thing that I liked was the view. yes the view from balcony was stunning. lastly, while checking out, the front desk denied having personal for carrying luggage downstairs (as they dont have lift) but I don't know what snapped in them suddenly they asked one of the kitchen staff to bring our bag downstairs.
