Sea Green South Hotel

I had a good stay at Sea Green South Hotel sea green south. I will try to list the pros and cons here. Pros - 1. Fantastic location. If somebody wants to stay in mumbai as a tourist for only one day, this is the location to stay. This area is the symbol of mumbai. 2. Queens necklace suite is costly. But it's value for money due to its huge size and amenities. View from the balcony is breathtaking. 3. Sofa cum bed in the suite is very useful for the extra person. 4. Breakfast was good for our taste. 5. Outside food delivery allowed 6. Service is awesome. Cons - 1. This is an old property. So if someone expects modern facilities he will be disappointed. 2. We can understand it's a heritage style property, so no problem with manual lift. But no calling bells in the room does not make any sense. It's very difficult to answer the knocks. 3. Overall atmosphere is noisy. 4. Most problematic part in the monsoon session is that water soaks into the room and source could not be found. We had to regularly clean the room to dispose of water. That was not cool.

We were a group of 8 with adults and kids equally distributed. We drove from pune and the idea was to stay at a safe, clean and comfortable place where we can park the car and roam around mumbai in taxis. We also wanted something closer to marine drive. What we got at more than exceeded our expectations. Sea green south and sea green are bang on the marine drive. We had taken the rooms with full view of the sea. The views from the balcony were awesome. The rooms were clean and the staff took care of all our requests. Don't expect anything fancy. There are no restaurants within the property but you don't need one when there are ample opportunities on the marine drive. They do serve breakfast in the room which is pretty simple. Would recommend it for its location and clean simple rooms.

The location is great, right at the marine drive and the view is amazing. The sea facing rooms and suites deliver what they promise and you can see the bay from your room. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The Sea Green South Hotel has a vintage vibe and not a modern/state-of-the-art get up (i think it's on purpose. There are limitations on food menu (they source it from an outside restaurant) but they can quickly procure food/beverage items for you. Overall, a pleasant stay - i will give it a 5.

Hotel sea green south staff is very cooperative & polite. This Sea Green South Hotel very good & safe to stay along with family. This Sea Green South Hotel located at marino drive, walkable from churchgate station & just 2 km from csmt. You can get taxi 24hr just out side of this Sea Green South Hotel. We stayed at sf & got sea facing balcony its very amazing sea view. Per day stay cost is much higher around 7. 8k on mm t but it fulfills dream for staying at marino drive !

Very nicely located, old-style Sea Green South Hotel right on marine drive. Rooms have a view of the drive and the sea, and the brabourne stadium! when else will you get to stay in one of those art deco buildings in mumbai? old style in the sense that the rooms are not hermetically sealed like in modern constructions, but more airy; you have to plan to switch on the geyser, hot water is not on demand, etc. Full points for location.

I have been staying at this Sea Green South Hotel for the past five years on my trips to mumbai. Always book a sea facing room and you'll be able to enjoy the sea breeze from their open balcony. Service could be better and the management could be less miserly about the room supplies. But, you do not stay this Sea Green South Hotel for the amenities, you stay here because of their unique location.

Stayed for 2 days. The location is awesome with a great view of the necklace road and and arabian sea. The Sea Green South Hotel is near to all major tourist cites of mumbai. However, the service of the Sea Green South Hotel could be improved. Few points: the 2nd floor lobby wasnt clean like ground floor, only one option in breakfast, bathrooms could be better maintained. Would rate a 3. 8/5. 0

The stay was nice. I must point out that the breakfast needs to have a few more choice of eggs. The only choice was omelette or corn flakes. Sunny side up, scrambled could have been added. The same breakfast menu, especially for those staying for four days and more becomes repetitive. Maybe the Sea Green South Hotel would do good to have a small kitchen that serves very basic meals in place.

Excellent staff. Unbelievable location at very competitive prices. There is no restaurant, but there are excellent eateries at walking distances. Also swiggy, zomato works well there

Nice property with outstanding location (happening hub) and sea facing view. Staff is courteous and responsive. Good options for restaurant and cafe near by for dining.
