Sea Heaven Restaurant and beach house

The hotel is in a good location and it's also good. But the food is not satisfactory. There is no supply of hot water as per Make My Trip. Response of hotel staff is a little bit slow.

Stay was good, the vibe of the place at night was great Pleasant beach stay where you can chill with your friends and family. Food is not that great but I think that's how it was at most of the places

The room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The surroundings were pleasant and calm.

Room was too basic for the tariff the hotel charged. Let aside a small wardrobe, there weren't even hangers for clothes. No drinking water was provided and also towel was too dirty. Overall great location but too basic for the price

The original hotel cost is 1300rs per day, where as make my trip makes it 2600 and looting there customers. Make my trip is one of the worst app i have come across

I had an extremely disappointing experience at sea heaven restaurant, unlike anything i’ve encountered before. Here are the key issues i faced: 1. Inadequate access from the parking area to the rooms. 2. Poor wi-fi and no mobile network coverage. 3. Lack of hot water facilities. 4. Subpar food quality. 5. Unresponsive and unhelpful staff. 6. Prices were excessively high compared to nearby accommodations. 7. Bathrooms were dirty and unhygienic. This experience was far below expectations and not worth the cost.

The rooms are not as good as pics, they are hell dirty and cheap

First thing, because we booked, they gave a room which is totally different from the images shown. Due to no signal or wifi, requested to change room. Then they asked us to pay extra for good room. We agreed and paid 800- after negotiation. In this room, we did not had power for almost 1 full day, next day when we told about the issue, again room is changed. It was not a good experience. Food is bad and gave foul smell too. It was more like survival than relax.

The non ac is a basic room, stinks and has a lot of bugs. I upgraded my room to ac at the property and that was a decent one

Really a waste stay in my entire life. They doesn't even have car parking kept outside paid parking 300rs charge and the beds are completely bad smell. Food is too dangerous and please don't recommend this hotel to anyone and don't spoil your make my trip. They are not even providing water bottles also. Please don't visit by seeing photos of the hotel. For changing the room they have been asked my 1250rs for three rooms extra. Really don't recommend for familes

The last stay which i had stayed was terrible experience i never experienced room was worst. I have book room in goa stay called magnificent stay near calangute beach. Room shown was different room given was different.

this room is very nice and good but the restaurant is also a nice food then and nice people and nice view

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly, very important was the food it was extremely tasty and it was a wonderful stay.

Nice experience in this property because all facilities is good, nice food in the restorant and beach side view is osm.

The non ac hut stays are not good and the rooms are not that clean, they refused to exchange the rooms to ac as well, food at the place is good but too costly including the beverages. Booking from make my trip was around 9. 8k for 3 rooms but when we had been their directly they are providing each rooms for 1. 5k only.

Good for friends, not suitable for family and couples. Budget friendly, provides amenities as per the money. Good food
