Poor services due to non availability of manpowe.

Poor services due to non availability of manpower. No kitchen available. Ac was not working. Romeo shifted. More waiting time for check in. Breakfast provided late.

Dear Sir, Man power is always available on a call on the Room service number. When ever you called us our team member was available for the service in a gap of 5-8 min. Regarding the Room shift, sir the AC got non operational while you were there in the room and we took only 15 minutes to shift your room in order to avoid inconvenience to you. Power is a major problem in the Islands and due to regular power cut the AC mains got tripped. Regarding breakfast also you order the food very late hence it took time for us to get the food ready. Pls note we have a kitchen in our place but not a restaurant.

Worst hotel, pathetic customer service. It was a very dirty room, the bed and pillow were smelling very dirty. The room was very dirty. Though they mentioned there is a power backup but that backup is only to operate light and small wall fans. I stayed for a night, the owner came and told me not to use extra light and all because there is no electricity. I haven't on ac a single time as light was not there the whole night. The cupboard was dirty and smelly. The water tap was very slow and not giving enough water. Overall, there was nothing good about this hotel.

Dear Sir, We are very sorry for your experience, unfortunately your arrival was a cyclonic day with lots of power failure, tree falling, we have back power back but yes due multiple power failure we requested you. About the room cleanliness is not what we can agree upon sorry sir. We have always been very particular with our room neatness. Hence sorry the inconvenience caused but i came to your call everytime for all assistance. We regret humbly.

Nearby airport but very basic

Don't expect too much from this property. Stay only if you need a place to crash for the night. The area is near airport but there are so many bars nearby so not safe at night to go outside i think. No issues with property but rooms are basic and washroom needs repair. The stay was ok but nothing special.

Sir thai k you for update but in paat 5 yrs of operation nothing in regard to the safety of our guests have happened. Basic means the rooms are with a modern amenities of ac, gyser, hot water kettle and tv at the most reasonable price. With washrooms will take up your feedback and do the needful.

Very very nice and helpful lounge. Arun sir owner is very good person. All the staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are in very good condition. Toilet and bathroom is in very nice hygienic. Room service is very good. Its a excellent place to stay in port blair. Very nearest to airport. All the services like food breakfast is very nice. Linen facilities are good. Highly appreciable. I will give 5star rating.
