Sea Queen Residency (800 Meters from US Consulate)

Worst experience. I suggest make my trip to remove this hotel from display.It is not 800mts away from US consulate. It’s almost 1.5 kms. I don’t know whether it’s a good hotel earlier but now it is not good to stay.

Road construction ongoing, heavy sound over the night. Restaurant not there. Broken electric sockets, Be aware of cockroaches . Not worthy with what is paid

The hotel stay was very comfortable and the manager was too helpful and cordial all the time. Will visit again soon.

The location of the hotel is very badd and there is no proper route to the hotel there is metro trains work is happening right before the hotel,the noise was really coming 24/7 why the hell did you guys reccomend me to stay in this sort of hotel The bathroom was really smelling bad , they did not clean the floor properly, there is bad smell coming in the wash room and in the living room too These guys are just negativating the credibility of the make my trip

The stay was comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, at the time of my stay, there was no kitchen available, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, ongoing flyover construction near the hotel caused some disturbance. Overall, the staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean.

Had a good stay but for hot water I had to ask them everytime ,no proper ventilation, power boards were not good ,AC was really bad it was leaking water ,we had to shift to other room ,No soap provided ,No dustbin was provided,towel which was provided was bad

Not even able to enter the premises. If there is metro work going on and there is no space for parking please dont all people to book the room. Makemytrip platform will also lose its credibility because of this. I just had to take another hotel at night because of these issues. Staff at the hotel were also not friendly rather asking to cancel if needed rather than giving solution

poor maintenance and cleanliness. only 2 staffs in the entire building.due to metro work going on, the entrance is blocked n constantly noisy. no food facilities there. however thankful to the manager to provide us 3 hrs until 3pm of extended hrs beyond their fixed check out timing rules at 12pm. prime reason for booking there is because Mohan's diabetes is walkable distance for my mothers treatment.

Hotel is blocked in all directions due to metro work there is a pub next to the hotel with very very loud sound of music late night till 12 am. Hotel rooms are old, bathroom doors not working

Cleaning is not good. Bed sheet and blanket are not properly washed. Small cockroaches crawling in the room. Ambience not up to the mark. No smoking boards are there but somebody smoking in lobby.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at your hotel was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state of using, with noticeable dirt and an unpleasant odor. The room itself was covered in a layer of dust, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. The limited number of staff members seemed overwhelmed and lacked proficiency in english, which hindered communication. Furthermore, the food i ordered was of such poor quality that i was unable to consume it, resulting in unnecessary waste. I regrettably spent all of my money on accommodation fees.

The entry road of the hotel is closed so i couldn't entered with my mother there and so i couldn'tstaythere. Asked for refund.

Not as expected. Many better hotels with same price.

Dont recommend this hotel to anyone because there is a construction going in the front of the hotel so nobody can sleep. Every where full of dust and noise. Pls remove this hotel from your list otherwise your credibility is under risk.

Actually the property is so close to the us embassy & chennai thousand lights metro station(5mins walking distance. But the property is not upto the mark. Toilets are of bad condition. Electrical switches are faulty and broken. Cleanliness is below average.

The room was not clean. There was a cigarette bud in the toilet. The sheets had a stain on it. I had an overall terrible experience. if you're booking this place since it's close to the consulate, I suggest finding more expensive places.

Stay was good. Good location. Close to u. S. A embassy. Close to metro. Co operative staff. Good for work purposes not for trip

Not fit for me. Lot mosquitoes no lift narrow staircase each step is 9 to10” no handle to return horrible doors
